The guy came out of the back and told my daughter that she had to leave because he was the only one at work today so he is not accepting walk ins. He is a rude person who shouldn't be able to make those decisions it's not our fault that he is the only one they put on the schedule. Now my daughter is on meds that mandate she have blood work to be sure the meds aren't attacking her body in a negative way and he tells us that we can't wait in the waiting area he is only taking appointments only......... Don't waste your time by coming to this quest bc it's constantly always something that goes wrong here. The waiting room is so tight in there and the parking is horrendous you can't move in the parking lot everyone is on top of each other.

After what my wife went through at this bristol, ct location, we will DEFINATELY never go there again. They wanted over $400.00 copay even after my wife told them that she has a zero copay. They told my wife to go outside and call her insurance company, which she did. Insurance company verified a zero copay. My wife asked quest associate to speak to insurance associate which was on hold, but quest associate refused to speak to her saying she was not authorized to speak to her. Why would she have my wife call them if that was the case? This is just a money grab and we will be following this up with our insurance company for sure. My wife ended up going somewhere else and didn’t have to pay any copay. NEVER AGAIN. BYE BYE QUEST.

I can't believe they are still there. We had a horrible experience, and reading reviews tells me it prevalent . The people should not be working with the public, especially the elderly. They are mean and uncaring . The reviews say it all. Excellent facilities in Southington , easy to get to, wonderful experience. Do not recommend Quest in Bristol!!!

After reading all the terrible reviews, I almost didn’t go but went anyway, and I’m so happy I did because I had a great experience. I went as a walk-in and was able to get an appointment within a half hour of my arrival. The lady who drew my blood was very friendly, reassuring, and efficient. I had a 100% positive experience!

A terrible place! No help what so ever! Knocking at the window for help for over 20 mins and the people inside hear me having trouble and would ignore me knocking and shut the door again not caring! The little tablet to sign in on is confusing and doesn't actually log you in if you don't have an appointment. Called the quest number over 15 times to try and get an appointment, was told there's availability everyday expect Sunday yet every single time I asked for I was told "sorry we are having trouble please try again later" and hung up... still haven't gotten my blood work

Not sure what kind of creatures they hire because there's no way a human in healthcare can have this much inhumanity and lack of empathy for patients.

I went for my appointment today, and I someone came to draw blood from me. I explicitly said that she needed to use the butterfly because that's what I've been told by previous phlebotomists. She didn't use it. She put the needle on my right arm just behind the elbow. I've never experienced such pain in my life! I said "ouch" but she kept moving the needle inside my arm. I told her that I could've stand the pain, and that was really painful. She finally stopped, and went to call someone else. That young man came and asked me what arm did she use. I said the right arm, and added that I was afraid that she must have hit some nerve because it was still painful. He asked me if I had a condition in my right arm (and I knew where he was going with his question). I answered that I was getting acupuncture for some pain, but the xray didn't show anything wrong. He told me that's probably why you felt that pain when she put the needle in your arm. I said: No because I was taking acupuncture around my index, and she put the needle behind my elbow, and that was far away from my index. He told me I was rude!!!! I was shocked and asked him "rude for what exactly? Did I use bad words or did I raise my voice?" He said "no, but you're being rude for diminishing her". I told him " is it diminishing to say ouch or to tell her that I can't bare the pain?". He kept saying that I was rude and that his name was Jerry if I needed to make a complain. I asked him about her name too, but he said that I didn't need to know her name. He kept telling me that his name was Jerry. He clearly wasn't worried at all, and that tells me that Quest employees can treat the patients in an untespectful way, and get away with it! I did call the main office and made an official complaint, and spoke to a nice lady on the phone. I just really think that Jerry should be kicked out of this job. He shouldn't be dealing with patients because he's extremely rude, particularly when I'm an older patient. I have never had any bad experience before with any Quest employees, so no I'm definitely not the kind of person who likes to make problems. I only had good experiences with all of them before. But Quest need to know when they hire incompetent and RUDE people! SHAME ON THEM!!
