18 E Main St, Bristol“The blonde lady with glasses is pretty nice but the other lady makes me a bit uncomfortable. I try to avoid her as much as I can. I wish they would post shifts because yikes it just feels like she hates everyone and makes you walk on eggshells tbh I try to leave there as fast as I can. Even just being in the line is uncomfortable to be honest because it affects the whole atmosphere of the place. She does her work though without issue! It's just that Id rather avoid her shift so I'd appreciate it if you would let us know who will be in when. Either way I hope that lady gets well soon but once again she works just fine.”

“My family visited on May 3,2024 for my baby son's passport appointment. Oksana was very helpful and friendly. I brought with me a filled out DS11, my son's birth certificate, a photocopy of the certificate which wasn't needed, parents' IDs, one photocopy of the front of the IDs together and and another for the back, and the check made out to US department of State which I had to add my son's first name and date of birth to the bottom. Oksana was able to take a really nice photo of my son. I paid the $35 execution fee and $15 photo fee by credit card.”
“The Thomaston P. O. has been a joy for me with which to deal for 35 years - friendly, knowledgeable employees at the counter, very helpful when I have postal issues and courteous at all times!”
“A great experience when applying for my passport. Staff was great in helping out with the forms and process and offering answers to my questions. In and out in only a few minutes.”
“I have been renting a Post Office Box, I forward mail to my box for the last 6 months, I have only received junk mail, until today it was for someone else. I took the mail to the front and the woman with the tatoo on her right forearm, was rude and hateful.. this is the only post office in Tulsa that I know of, where employees seem to get away with it... if they have a supervisor he/she needs to be fired!”
“These guys at the post office are knowledgeable and professional and know how to do their job. They helped in recovering my lost parcel and I am so glad I found it. Thanks guys.”

“I've been quite satisfied with my interactions with employees at this location. As someone that's personally witnessed customers complaints.. their dissatisfaction is many times the employees simply following the rules.I wish everyone could work in customer service at least once”

24 Mill St, Unionville“It’s a small post office but have always found customer service is excellent. I especially want to thank Sarah. She is a great employee and has always gone above and beyond to help the customers.”
“This post office is usually very busy. The folks here are friendly and do their best, and are also usually very overwhelmed and understaffed. If I'm in a rush, I go elsewhere.”
“The customer service rep Jomaris was very helpful over the phone. She called me regarding a claim that I had put in through the post office. She then stated when something changed in the system she would call be back to follow up. She definitely called back 2 days later. Jomaris went the extra mile in helping me. She was very pleasant over the phone. She definitely should be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the team! I thank her for following up and assuring my package was delivered! :)”
“It's alright. Sometimes its really slow... but if there is only like 2 people in line... you should be ok. ,the counter staff (98% of them) have attitudes, never smile (unless being condescending). I feel uncomfortable ASKING these People any questions. I feel like if i ask a question that requires actual work to answer, i will catch the sharp end of the most DISGUSTED look in history. We, the public, are definitely burdening these depressed individuals. I am not sure how they keep thier jobs..unless,of course, the manager is the head cheerleader. Who knows. Next time you're there, smile and say hello how is your day, to the cashier....?”
