I found pods to be a great service, it gave me plenty of leeway in my move.
Customer service and logistics were phenomenal. The whole process, as far as being contacted, payments, etc, were all easy to understand and / or navigate.

The drop off of our POD was seamless. The driver (Jamie Jones) was punctual, professional and pleasant. At our request, she assisted with placing plywood under the POD to avoid possible damage to the asphalt. She placed the POD perfectly in our desired location with ease. She also took the time to show me how to secure our items when packing, giving advice on how to avoid issues when the POD arrived at its location.
Jaime is a true professional and asset to your company!

Excellent experience with Garon moving my pod to Connecticut. Straightforward service and easy to adapt container position when the landlords came out and made last minute requirements to move the pod far from the apartment complex. Would definitely use Pods again if it came up.

I used PODS for a previous move five years ago. Garson recently delivered a POD to my home. He was amazingly thorough and informative— the best PODS delivery of the six I have used in the past 5 years.

My delivery driver was excellent
& very patient . He took the time out to explain all the details , how to open and close the door to avoid jam. Most of all the container came on the truck in the wrong direction and while he was half way in the driveway I noticed it and pointed it out to him he quickly corrected it and me made me feel comfortable like it was not a extra task he had to do . He assured me it happened all the time and apologies for his company.

PODS locked my account when I tried to schedule pickup of my container due to an "internal error", didn't notify me of this (I had to call THEM), took around 5 days to unlock my account and had to be contacted twice, charged me an extra month of rent despite this not being my fault, and then didn't give me a refund for that extra month. They also didn't expedite my delivery to make up for lost time, and they took 3 days to pick the container up, blocking my apartment's trash pickup which I then had to apologize to my property manager for. Pods has been a headache at every single step of the journey after the initial delivery. I will never use this service again and have actively recommended against it.

Very disappointing. Worst experience of my life!! For a company whose only job is to deliver and pick up PODS, they failed! It's shocking to find out that they can't do that properly! If the response and efficiency is as fast as their accounting department, they would probably do a better job. Very good at taking your money! It was very clear that anybody we spoke to at the organization wasn't the least bit surprised that we were not satisfied. PODS didn't show up on time either end of my move and then couldn't resolve issues without spending hours sometimes days with them on the phone. Very, very dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone!

Great delivery experience. Garon answered all of our questions and explained the best process for loading our pod and determining the easiest position on our property for the removal and loading of the pod. Awesome experience
