Very unprofessional I dealt with Robert I told specifics about had more money to put down and I have a signer if I can't get it in my name well I couldn't he wouldn't tell me why n I still haven't received my 1,000 they took out of my acct so mow I have to go to bank n do a fraud... not happy and they said at new mellenium want nothing to do with me or my signer very unprofessional and I've been in sales 15 yrs..

I was in the process of buying a car with Scott. He was nice at first. But then his manager was not when it came to the price of a trade in, they offered 2,500 for a 2010 bmw convertible, which alone just the parts of that car are worth around 6k and they did not want to budge and we're extremely room arguing with us in a building where everyone in the room can hear. Instead of showing different options, or talking it through the manager came in and he was extremely rude. Everyone here is extremely rude. And make sure to double check ur engine the car we looked at the engine did not run 100% it did not sound how it should. If u have the chance DONT GO HERE!!! I went to J&M auto in Naugatuck they're so nice so easy, and gave over 8,000 for the car. We went and stat with there general manager he did all of our pricing it was a one stop shop!!! The GM and Ken at J&M are awesome! FUCK NEW MILLENNIUM YOU ARE ASSHOLES

Incredibly unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle over two weeks ago. Traded my vehicle in, switched plates and got everything squared away with insurance. I dealt with the salesman Michal Stanko. They said the vehicle would be registered and I would be sent the registration that week. It’s been more than two weeks and the only response they give is “we are working on it”. Now I’m driving an unregistered vehicle so I can go to work. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealership, they aren’t worth the headache.**update: it took more than one month and tons of calls to finally get the vehicle registered. I got pulled over a handful of times and constantly had to explain to the officers that the dealership is an embarrassment and I had done all I could to get the vehicle registered

When you look at a vehicle. Had a clean Carfax but clearly had front end damage aftermarket bumper radiator all twisted engine knocking. They were going to color match the bumper. But the real concern was the visible and audible damage.
