Great out of the way parts store for all of your automotive needs.
During a road trip I had to find a place to pick up a bracket for a broken windshield wiper. They had exactly what I needed to get me back on the road quickly.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd highly reccomend using their auto parts store for all of your needs.

Nice place, the older gentleman behind the counter was awesome to talk to, me being younger learned something new that day about coolant for your car. I would recommend this place, has a great supply of almost anything you can need. And it was not too expensive at all.

Buyer beware drive down the street half a mile and go to auto zone this place sadly since old owners sold is awful. Today as a local business owner of a paving company in town i went to napa in bristol on rt 6 for some oil etc, i go to cash out as there were 2 people at different registers so i asked this Spanish woman who worked there if she was open she then states in the most harsh crafty mean way and says where ever you want to go cash out at cash out like i was suppose to know she was open. Stay away from this place they don’t want your business any more. That lady should be sat down to and talked with.

Love the service I recieve when I come to this location.They are very professional and polite.Gervais is just wonderful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was nothing but helpful the entire time. He even called around to make sure I had the correct parts for my car. In additionI would like to give a special thank you to REMI he is absolutely amazing. Definitely goes above and beyond for the customer.Thank you again Remi, Gervais, and the whole crew your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!!!

I have never went to a car part store and met anyone more friendlier than Chrissy and Tammi. They were so down to earth and knowledgeable and their customer service was impeccable. Chrissy was about to go above and beyond the call of duty and drive to New Britain to get me a car battery from the other NAPA store within an hour. I told them I didn’t need it that fast and that I could wait till the next day. Chrissy called to let me know it was there the next day. Amazing service. Also couldn’t beat the price and value with a 3 year warranty. I’ve always trusted NAPA’s batteries. Also had the bulbs I needed for my car’s interior. Place is well stocked with all the parts you need and if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you ASAP. This is now my new favorite car part store.
