“Ace Moving was a pleasure to work with. I had to move heavy old-made furniture from storage into a 4 story condo. They were able to do it the day after I called. They came with a truck and all the tools needed for the move, all included in the price. The 3 men who moved us were amazing! They were professional, helpful, strong and careful. They communicated so well with each other to safely move each piece. They asked me questions when needed. They were busy and didn't waste time. I would highly recommend this company!! “I had never moved with professional movers before, although I had heard many horror stories. But I got a good feel from the moment they picked up the phone. Being the first one I contacted who did local, not long distance only, was a great start. When the crew arrived at 8:45 (original target time was between 8:30 and 9:00 so right on the money), things just kept getting better from there. The three guys, Max, Matt and JoJo, were professional, considerate and careful with everything. None were afraid to ask for clarification or direction, and all three were fabulous. They worked hard, and very were thorough; reassembling what they needed to disassemble, willing to accommodate us with placing items in their respective rooms, and insuring the furniture was right where we wanted it. Pricing was fair, and well worth it in the end. Great job, more than a fair price, and very satisfied.”

“The guys showed up at exactly 8:30 am and could not have been nicer or worked any harder or faster. They moved all of my furniture and a huge sofa out of my apartment and down a flight of stairs without missing a step. Then they placed everything in my new place just where is belongs. They even got a full sized mattress and box spring up to the loft in my new place like it wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely recommend Ace Van & storage to all of my friends and family.”

“IMPORTANT: (PLEASE READ) I would like to go into detail on how good of an experience I had with Advantage Movers. To begin with, we did not want or expect to move during the COVID pandemic, nonetheless, our current Condo suffered a dramatic amount of damage and due to possible health hazard we had to relocate, in a hurry. We were recommended to Advantage Movers through our insurance company, as we needed a company that could come in and pack our stuff, as well as move it. When we made the initial phone call to the office, the personal was very nice and extremely knowledgeable of the situation, you can tell they have handled this before. We contracted our move for 2 days later and they were able to put us on schedule short notice, first plus. Then on day of move, 4 gentlemen arrived 15 minutes early, Im assuming to look at the property to get a game plan prior to the start. They all had masks, gloves, a ton of boxes and other stuff, and got right to work. They packed all of our kitchen within a hour, amazing second plus. Then they moved onto the office and bedrooms, same thing packed within 2 hours for all 3 rooms, third plus. After that they took a lunch and came back to load the truck. Now the load also went very efficient. One of the workers, I believe Reed, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and at ease for the entire job, also he worked on stop with the rest of the crew to get this done very quickly, fourth plus. We were all loaded up and on the way to the new apartment by 3 in the afternoon. During the unloading of the truck, each crew member asked me where they would like the items placed, and made sure all our beds were up and running, fifth plus. So at the end of the job, they walked me through the whole place and made sure every piece was where I wanted it. They could not have done a better job! I am so pleases and they made a rough time much much easier. We are very grateful and blessed to have them help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I was new to Connecticut ( I moved from Georgia) and had only been here a year living in Hartford. I needed to move to New Haven and after the horrible experience with the movers from Georgia to Connecticut I was nervous to say the least. I contacted several moving companies which if they weren’t unprofessional they tried to over charge me !!! After speaking to the representative of ABE she reassured me that everything will be taken care of and that she understands that moving can be stressful. The movers were prompt and on time. From the minute the walked in they got to work, wrapping everything in plastic ( which the last movers didn’t do ) helped with the miscellaneous things I didn’t pack and loaded before schedule. Soon dropping my things off they placed everything on the room it belonged ( not just dump everything in my living room ) put the beds back together and put the tables and dressers together as well!! I. Would highly recommend there services to anyone !!!! Thank you guys again !!!!”

I should have read all these awful reviews !Alan Moore helped me and I was foolish and fell for his convincing customer service He gave me a 3-day Window and then ALL communication ended I called repeatedly as I was moving from PCB Florida to Phoenix Arizona for a new job , no return calls and given the run around When I finally spoke to the "actual moving company " Nick told me the fine print allows up to 30 days to deliver. I was quoted $4819 based on an inventory I covered 3 x yet when the movers arrived it was almost $2000 more I have not heard from anyone until today and I heard from the driver saying they would be here tomorrow and started adding "fees" to what I owe.It's been incredibly stressful with no communication unless initiated by me.When I move back to Texas - I will definitely use an actual mover and NOT a broker whose dishonest , full of false promises and has zero communication skills.”
