Dr. Rebhun graciously offered to visit our home, an hour away, in an effort to provide a peaceful transition for our beloved Irish Wolfhound, who was in great distress. He comforted all of us in our time of need and most importantly, provided a gentle, peaceful transition for Fionn. Dr. Rebhun offered help, when nobody else would. Eternally grateful! Liz Weingart

Does not answer phone or return messages. I'd leave 0 stars if possible. A simple call back even if too busy to see my pet would be appreciated and would be quality customer service.

Unfortunately I had to put my loving, sweet girl to sleep. My beagle almost made it to 16 but came down with cancer and quickly declined after only a week. Trixie is sorely missed. The doctor came out to my apartment a few days after calling and was very caring, which made a difficult time a little more calming. My only complaint was the cost, but my fault for not asking what the charges would be before coming. $1,700 for the visit, including cremation and a wooden box with her ashes. I would recommend this caring doctor but ask about charges first so you aren't surprised by the cost.

i use to use mobile pet care for a long long time and would have continued but I moved to TN. he was always on time and it made it so much easier on my pets not having to take them to the vets. he loves your pets as much as you. his prices are what you would pay at a local vet if not lower and yes there is a trip fee but that trip fee makes up for the fact that you do not have to bring your pet to the vet and traumatize them. because my dogs always knew when we pulled into the vets parking lot and start to cry and just hated being thee.after losing my husband unexpectedly last year I move back to CT and will contact mobile pet care (David) to start taking care of my dogs. at least with mobile pet care I know he is honest and will not tell you that your dogs needs have test done, that they do not need. Not like one vet that want me to have one test after another done and we are talking about thousands of dollars and no one telling me what they think is wrong.. this is a healthy happy puppy. so try mobile pet care at least he is honest. but he is busy and not taking clients outside of Bristol. I am lucky because he agreed to start seeing my puppies for me. we are just having a hard time with him being able to call my cell phone and being able to have me answer, for some reason when he calls it barely rings once and goes straight to my voicemail. I have him listed in my contacts. I do not understand why it only rings once. i have a Samsung galaxy S23. if anyone reading this can tell me how to fix the problem i would appreciate it. he can leave a message but if i am not right next my phone after one ring it goes straight to voice mail. anyhow mobile pet is a blessing for me and my puppies.

My cats were not clients of Dr David but 2 months ago my 15 yr old cat’s health declined quickly in a short time. I knew he was in pain and gravely ill. My regulars vet’s office would not fit us in. I was referred to Dr David by a friend. He made extra time in his day to examine my cat and confirm he was terminal and help him cross over with compassion and love at home. Just this week he assisted again my regular Vet’s office refused to make the time again. Dr David worked into the night to care for my 12 yr old cat who declined rapidly in a week and was in distress. Dr David brought comfort to him allowing him to cross over when he was ready. He made 2 very desperate situations bearable when no other Vet would take the time. My cats and I are grateful for his compassion and A #1 care!! God Bless!

I will never forget the kindness and compassion Dr. Rebhun had when he helped us with our precious dog Gracie.Gracie who would of been 16 yrs old in September needed some help to take her final journey. I called the mobile vet I had used in the past and was told she had COVID. I called all the mobile vets around and was told they were all booked for the day or they didn't service this area. I was desperate as I didn't want to have my little angel take her last breath in a vets office. I remembered Dr. Rebhun's awesome google reviews and decided to call and leave another message. He immediately returned my call and said he detected urgency in my voice and told me he had a full day booked but would rearrange his schedule and be at my house in the afternoon.Upon arrival he examined Gracie and assured us we were doing the right thing. He was so gentle with Gracie and explained everything he was doing and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Thanks to Dr. Rebhun my beloved Gracie passed peacefully and gently in one of her favorite spots in her back yard with the people she loved most. Our prayers were answered.Dr Rebhun said he feels blessed to be able to help others but we consider ourselves blessed to have Dr. Rebhun and words cannot express how appreciative we were to have him there for our Gracie. We are forever grateful!Shortly after Dr. Rebhun left this amazing rainbow appeared looking out my front window.Touched by Angels!

One month ago today Dr. Rebhun came to my family’s home to help assist our sweet Presley in going over the rainbow bridge, she was our cat for 15 years. Dr. Rebhun showed so much compassion and really treated us like we were his own family and took the situation as if it was his own animal, we had many heart to heart conversations, went over any options we could have and we came to the best one together, we could not have made the decision without him. He did his job with such gentle hands and an open heart and most of all he really helped us to know that what we did was the right decision and it was okay. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness to my family we will forever be grateful for him.THANK YOU DR. REBHUN FROM THE BERUBE FAMILY ?❤️Rest in sweet peace our Presley Lane,“From a tiny kitten to full grown, this house will never be a home without you” ? ?

My cat was in kidney failure and went downhill within 12 hrs. Unfortunately, no one could see us for days, and I was not about to let him suffer more than he had to. We called Dr. Rebhun (who is not our regular vet) explaining our situation and he called back almost immediately. He made time in his already busy schedule to come give our baby a smooth transition, and sat with us for almost 2 hours. Can not recommend enough! He was amazing and we're forever grateful. ♥️. Thank you again, Dr. Rebhun.

My 21 year old cat developed failing kidneys last October and was doing fine until she went rapidly downhill the following January. She was frail and I wanted end of life services for her at our house instead of a strange vet's office. The crisis came on a Sunday and Dr. Rebhun called me personally and told me he'd come and take our baby out of distress later that day after he shuffled appointments to include me. We got home from church and she had passed away while we were gone. When I called Dr. Rebhun and explained he spent over half an hour comforting me and telling me it was a blessing that it was a decision I never had to make. His compassion and caring went above and beyond considering he would never make a cent off me and yet - the caring was there.I have two other cats and won't hesitate to call this compassionate, kind man again. He is a good man to know if your pets get sick.

My dog couldn't walk and he never even called me back. I read such good reviews about this vet and never had a minute to return a message. Where does customer service begin if you can't call a potential customer back.

Dr. Rebhun came to my home to help my fur baby, Maizey, take her final journey. On the worst night of my life Dr. Rebun not only made me feel at ease, he made my baby girl at ease too. He spent time sitting with her and petting her while talking to me.. the most personable vet I have ever experienced in my life. He made this impossible choice easier to come to terms with due to his extremely calming demeanor, I cannot say enough good things about him. He then took care of all after care and arrangements to later bring my baby back home to me in this beautiful wooden box.

As I sit here with tears rolling down my face I had to take the time to say how wonderful Dr Rebhun has been. He helped me as I had to make the decision to euthanize my dog. So professional and empathetic to what I was going through. He made my dogs final moment such a beautiful and peaceful experience. He helped my dog so peacefully fall asleep in my lap. So peaceful that I never realized when he took his last breath. I had as much time as I needed to keep him in my lap to say my goodbyes. This experience would have been so different if it took place in a Veterinarians office. Dr Rebhun is an angel. I can never thank him enough.

Best Vet experience I’ve ever had. He is sooo compassionate and empathetic and understanding of your pets needs as well as your own. Validated all of my concerns as well as took the time to help me understand my pet more to better their life. Helping me through the end of life with my pet in such a thoughtful and respectful way. Thank you ??!!!!
