“Met John when my wife and I stopped in to look around while we were on our way to dinner. He was very helpful even though we clearly were not ready to make a purchase.A few days later, after a bit of research and some talking about getting a nice automatic adjusting bed to help our various aches and pains we called John for a quote. He got back to us quickly with a fair price. Done ?Nice experience. The Avon location is not ideal but John was very nice and he offered us better prices than a closer outlet..and we didn't have to haggle, he just did the right thing.”

“My mother and I stopped in to search for a new sectional couch a few weeks ago. It was our last stop of the day and we were tired out and feeling defeated after the previous places we had tried had told us delivery times were looking close to 3 months out. When we walked in the door we were immediately greeted by Bob. He is absolutely AMAZING. He flipped the day around and turned it into the most comfortable, funny, and exciting process. We were able to get the couch we wanted delivered 3 days after purchase. If you go here please ask for Bob. He felt like a long lost friend, and everyone should experience the ease that came with working with him.”

“Bought a few beds here in the last 5 years for us and the kids. Steve is super helpful, only ask for him. There was a different guy one day sitting on a bed with a woman, not sure if a customer or he brings his lady to work with him, and I asked a question about my delivery date and said I met Steve the week before. The guy told me he was some college professor and that he couldn't help me because I met Steve and I'd have to come back and there was nothing he could do and just stopped and started talking to this other lady again. That's why 4 start”
“Excellent customer service. They delivered 2 mattresses to 2 different locations for me the same day as promised. They were very professional, respectful and accommodating. The prices were reasonable beat the competition. I bought the mattresses at 6pm and told them I needed one of them tonight and they delivered both!!!!!!
