Dr. Lafrance and his team are the only professionals I would trust with my skincare. It is always easy to book an appointment and they can usually fit me into the schedule quickly. The staff is always pleasant and helpful in answering any questions I have. As a patient for 3+ years I would highly recommend any of their services for glowing skin and results that last.

What an amazing appointment after a horribly stressful day!. I had a Diamond glow facial by Emily. She was wonderfully calming, ultimately professional and completely cognizant of my allergies and special needs. Not only did I leave the office with glowing, moisturized skin Emily reminded me of my yearly dermatologist appointment for my skin scan. Truly caring. The neck/back/hand/arm and foot massages were phenomenal. As a result, I finally had a great night's deep sleep. Thank you Emily, Dr. LaFrance and all of the support staff.

Dr. LaFrance and his entire staff are the best! Each member of the staff are very kind. They are happy to answer any questions and accommodate you in any way they can . His staff makes you feel comfortable, at ease and will even hold your hand during a procedure. Thank you Carla for being that person! ! Dr. LaFrance is an outstanding physician! He has a very calming demeanor,, explains everything very thoroughly and has a remarkable bedside manner. I would highly recommend him and his staff to my friends and others without hesitation!

Dr. LaFrance does beautiful work. I have been going to this office for many years. However, I had an unpleasant experience on my last visit. When cleaning above my top lip, preparing for Botox injections, the assistant applied alcohol, not to the area above my lip, but directly on both of my lips. This caused a burning sensation and chapping for the rest of the day and into the next day. More attention should be paid when working with delicate skin areas.

This practice is professional, considerate group. I feel comfortable and safe whatever procedure I'm having done. I have used over this group for over 10yrs. I would not go elsewhere because of the care they take to explain thoughly any procedures. I never feel rushed through any service-all done by the MD and his compatent trained staff.
