“So yesterday i went to a chain jewelry store for watch battery they replaced i didn't know til this morning they bent the clasp i was so mad. Well i found mab design he fixed for me & just wanted me to spread the word about him he's been there for over 30 years. Makes jewelry & repairs he doesn't usually do watches but said he'd look at mine. So go see him!”

“I went there to get my daughter’s ears pierced. I really loved how clean place was and how friendly and attentive the staff wasI should takeoff more stars for this, but again because of how friendly and attentive and clean everything was, I’m only taking off one starWhen they pierced her ears, one side went through crooked and hit the backing and bent the piece that goes through the ear.The gentleman said he’s not allowed to push it through, and I have to. It was clearly visibly bent.They immediately should have said that it was bent, and either offered me one new stud or a discount. The fact that they didn’t say anything to see maybe if I wouldn’t notice was not acceptable, and not very honest and forthcoming.That was my only disappointment with that store.”

“I came in with my engagement ring that had a broken prong. I was worried the diamond would fall out but also afraid to let it out of my sight because I’ve had it over 25 years. Leslie set my mind at ease and assured me it could be repaired and would never leave the store. It was returned to me only a few days later in beautiful condition. It was a very inexpensive fix and I’m thrilled with the results! Thank you and I’ll definitely recommend to my friends.”
