“Rosa Home Improvement installed two storm doors for us. Paul Rosa, the owner, came to the house, measured for the doors, then sat down with my one, and only with a brochure. She picked the style, and is no fool about tech specs having been on many Habitat for Humanity builds. I was at work. During this time of pandemic and supply shortages, Paul, none the less got the two doors in considerably less time than expected, and one of his men installed them while we were away. Paul came back a couple days later to have a look, and did a little tweaking himself. Great work, great product, reasonable price.”

“They're pretty cool here. I'm delivering here and they let park in the back no problem. However, the alley dock is ridiculous! Very difficult to get lined up because there is zero room to maneuver! I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!?”

He was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and overall made my shopping experience, so smooth and simple. I cannot think him enough because shopping for flooring can be tedious, but thanks to Joseph; I got the best tiles for the best price.
I’d also love to give Giovanni recognition as well. He delivered my flooring and he did such a great job. I wasn’t prepared for the delivery, but that did not stop him from making sure all the pallets were placed inside of my business. He did an efficient job in a great amount of timing. “Great location that is organized, well-stocked, and conveniently placed by other useful stores in the Commons. The key kiosk here lets you pay right at the machine instead of going to the checkout counters which is very convenient. Bathrooms were clean. We had to speak to a couple employees about items we needed and they were kind and helpful. I would come here again.”

“Overall good experience. I had two house keys made and I asked for an auto key and the gentleman who was quite chipper got another associate to make the auto key and stayed around until all the keys were done. I was looking for dry gas but they didn't have that. The checkout was self checkout it was really quick and I was on my way within 20 minutes.”

“I've been to many of Home Depots, and this is by far the most customer oriented one that I've been to. Keep up the great work. NY Home Depots needs to take a page from this location”
