Good spot to work out, plenty of equipment for the things you might want to do. Never that busy either, although I don't go in the evenings so not sure.

What a mistake I made by buying a membership here! First they told me they would waive the $99 annual fee if I joined, and I'd only be charged $103 each month for my 2 kids and I. But the very next month they took that $99 annual fee, plus another $42 annual fee without my knowledge or authorization, on top of my $103 monthly payment, for a total of $250! That is OUTRAGEOUS! They're not even open during hours that are easy to accommodate. So I've only ever went just a of couple of times, as they close at 3pm on weekends and 9pm Mon-Thurs. They won't even refund my money to cancel my membership and go someplace else, so I have to just try and make the best of it. I shouldn't have to feel that way, they have failed at customer satisfaction for sure!

Looking for a new gym, shopping around and visited this gym today.The staff were all EXTREMELY friendly and helpful.The facility is very nice with a large range of accommodations and function (weights, sports courts, group classrooms, pool, locker room, massage beds etc...).Monthly fee was quite steep, but I suppose it makes sense if you will use everything they offer, they have to run quite a diverse facility.They also asked for a strangely INVASIVE amount of personal information, which was very odd. Even more odd that it was just to see the facility. I declined to share (the unnecessary bits) and they still let me see. I cannot speak to if it's required for a membership though, so be wary of that my friends.

They have done little to nothing over the years to make improvements. They claim a heated pool, but I'm guessing to save money it's not set to what they say the temperature is. the facility is run down, this used to be a quality gym but it's pathetic.I canceled my membership in February so they charged me for March as well as the yearly fee. I asked for corporate number and was told no, they only can have a GM speak with me. Absolutely unacceptable.will be sharing with every social media platform and more. save your money go to a $10 a month, or if in Bristol the one on West Street is great. never had issues with billing, place was clean and staff always willing to help. this gym reach its prime in early 2000 there is literlaly nothing about it that makes me feel this is a quality establishment...to top it off they screwed me on my last bill. it's a joke.

Excellent place, extremely well managed. I recently moved to this area and happy I joined this club. Although I have never personally met the manager Divya, I have heard things about her. Last night I scheduled a session for my infant son to be in the kid zone and when someone was not present, the front desk immediately called Divya and arranged a substitute.

When can this location have normal hours of operation? Closing at 1 pm on weekends is definite negative. At sign up there was mention of extended hours that never came. You

If you're considering Healthtrax as a gym I suggest you turn around a run. This gym was okay at best while I was using it but the real nightmare came when I cancled my membership.You see, I thought everything was fine when I cancled. I filled out the paperwork, I spoke to the appropriate people, should be over right? Wrong. Months later I started getting charged again for a membership I already cancled. No big deal, mistakes happen, I'll just let them know.Well they flat out refused to even considering refunding me the money the just took from me, told me my membership was canceled, and never responded to me again.Until a few months later when I noticed they had CONTINUED to take money from me. Now I have finally gotten them to agree to a refund, and they're keeping two months of fees! For something they messed up! TWICE!To make a long story short, take your money and run as far as you can from Healthtrax.
