There never open. My girlfriend sat outside waiting cause the guy working got Moe's for 20 minutes and he still didn't open the door. I hope it closes down cause the customer service sucks.

I have been going to this location for years. Always had positive experiences. Today I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Employee Anthony went above and beyond for me today helping me merge my GameStop accounts. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks again Anthony!

Manager of this location is unfriendly. He is also rude and unhelpful to his employees. I felt bad for the kids working there cause he was being so rude to them. It was uncomfortable. Something that would have taken 20 seconds of effort for him to solve but he instead talked down to his employee and has him look in the back for something that wasn't there.

I went there bringing in a Xbox controller in and they were so unorganized and couldn’t check if it’s good or not so they told me my controller didn’t work when I was using it two minutes before I went there so I went to the southington one and they were organized and checked my controller and gave me my money would not recommend I recorded southington one more

Went Into the store st 7:20pm, I ask for a hdmi 2.1 high-speed cable, and the front desk person doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about as he tells me the store doesn't carry those cables, I tell him the Xbox series x comes with those cables as so does the ps5, and that it be weird if the store doesn't carry those standard console cables. He then points me to the lower counter section stating that if we have any of those cables, that where they would be. I check and behold 2.1 high-speed hdmi cables. Unfortunately I needed longer ones so didn't purchase from you guys. Mind you this time from beginning and times during the conversation he was sitting on his phone. You guys really need to thoroughly interview these guys to know what a hdmi cable is in the first place.

There’s some new guy named Anthony that completely disrespected my friend, he said he’s the new manager for Bristol and southington which is sad because the last guy that was there cared about us customers and always helped me out. Anyways this Anthony guy, I heard him making jokes about my friend being in a wheelchair while we were just walking around minding our own business I see now why this pathetic company is going out of business. Sad that he’s still even employed there , really shows how much his district manager really cares. BTW he even said his DM’s name lol John Rezza! Might wanna do something about that before people start holding you accountable. It’s a real shame looks like this company drove out all the good workers and replaced them with a bunch of children that can’t even greet customers when they walk in. Hopefully the few other employees left in Bristol don’t go otherwise that store will definitely be closed soon. I’ve been a customer for 15 years, and now I am no longer.

Worst customer service in the world. Staff never answers the phone... EVER! They completely ignore it. In the store they are not helpful at all. They barely know the inventory or the upcoming releases even for major AAA titles. If I wasn't a physical media collector I would never go here. Hire more efficient workers please.

Store has been open for an hour and the associate working this morning has had the phone off the hook since they walked in.Been trying to call to follow up on a purchase and see if there is any available but will just buy elsewhere instead.

March 25th 1 pm gamestop opens at 11. Someone's either dead or really unprofessional two hours late someone's losing the job today...guess I'll spend my money elsewhere I was thinking maybe they didn't set the clock back but that's like two weeks ago come on

Very friendly staff. Went in right before closing not realizing the time. They were still very welcoming and did not rush my son and I. I in the other hand told my son and his friend to hurry up to grab what we wanted to purchase. Again very nice nad friendly staff.
