I was going to start an account with this company, but the customer service over the phone was awful. The lady was rude and unpleasant, she cut me off while asking questions. That right there determined my decision.

THIS bank is a joke! been a member for years they do nothing to help you! applied for a loan with a 730+ credit score and they still asked for a co signer! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!! and don't pick FIRST BRISTOL!

The blonde teller was very unfriendly when I was inquiring about a certain account. Also, she couldn’t give me an literature on the types of accounts they offer which was kind of unbelievable.

Despite having a credit score of over 700 and making 331 consecutive on-time payments I found out that I inadvertently was late on a payment, despite physically going to the branch to pay a week earlier. Rather than assist, my credit score dropped over 100 points because the bank tellers can't assist with something as basic as saying there's a remaining balance.
