i am here every morning, and i'm always treated with kindness and courtesy and a smile. they are all good workers, it seems. it really does feel like im dropping in on a friend for a quick hello. everything is always in stock, clean and tidy and the coffee urns are never empty. the weekday morning afternoon and night workers are all kind except for one who does not bother to smile or conversate, not very friendly(at least to me)my only complaint is they don't have pumpkin spice on the weekends, but i hope they keep it throughout the wintertime anyway. but ahmad, mike and the guy who works third (i forgot his name)are all super kind and friendly.

There are MANY times where the door will be locked with no sign or employee in sight during overnight hours. Reviewer Amanda Taillon must have a personal friendship with "Yaseen" that affected her review. The door is often locked between 3 and 5 am, when I try to get goods I need before my early am job. This is different from the midnight day change, when they do put the sign up . I have waited over 20 minutes on several occasions, only because NO other store is open at this time, and they know people will wait. I won't wait like that anymore. If they don't come within a few knocks, I leave and go to Valero on the corner of rte 6 and Stafford Ave. Others do, too. Perhaps install a camera so they can watch the door from the back area where they hang out? That could help them with their overnight customer service problem. There is also no posted working phone number, so it's not like one can call to alert them.

Awful customer service. My mom and I came in and got milkshakes and when their ebt machine was down threw away our milkshakes instead of giving them to us. Have had multiple bad experiences with them just being plan rude. Never again will I spend money here.

Was given a reciept showing a total of $57 when i inly spent $10. When i questioned it he grabbed the reciept from me and told me it was the wrong reciept When i asked to see it he told me o didnt need to see it. When I told him i wanted to make sure i wasnt charged and wanted to see it he became very defensive, slammed the reciept on the counter, ppinted to another customers card number and condescendingly asked me of that looked like my card number. When i told him he didnt need to speak with me that way he became more upset and told me it was my fault he was being rude. He told me to leave him alone amd stop talking to him.

Always great service. The overnight attendant, Yaseen, is an amazing employee and person. He really cares about everyone and this community. And the person who said the door was locked without a sign is referring to a 15-30 (if that) minute period in which, every night, the registers need to be rebooted (this is because since it's 24/7, they need to be shut down and reset to fill out paperwork and to start a "new day"). And Yaseen ALWAYS puts a sign so that can't be right. And he would only kick someone out if he felt threatened. Yaseen and the whole crew there are amazing. Truly a blessing to have in thjs community. Not to mention, they have a great selection of snacks, drinks, anything you can think of! And if they don't have what I want I can tell them and they will order it for me!

Worst customer service ever!!!! One person left because he was tired of waiting over 10 minutes because the door was locked with no sign saying "be right back" or anything. Even had a person leave because of how rude "Yaseen" who claims to be the owner, was to me because I was complaining and angered by how horrible the concept of a sign on the door was. I banged on the door and even kicked it (not enough to break it) to try to get someone's attention in the back who I presumed was sleeping on the job... He refused me service and told me to get out because I was rude. Frankly I was angry because he thought he was in the right for just locking the store for almost 20 minutes with no sign in the front. I asked for his managers phone number and he just ignored me and wouldn't give me the phone number or name. Finally gave me the name but wouldn't give me any other information and said he is the owner but I can call and complain to the manager. Bristol needs another 24 hour gas station in the area. Never want to go there again!
