“This is the best metro store to go to in town. They always have great customer service, especially Derrick. I came in for a new phone and it turned out that the other store I went to had charged me fees without my knowledge and it got my account cancelled. Knowing I was on a tight budget and needing a phone, Derrick went above and beyond to fix my account, wave the unfair fees and get me a phone I could afford.
