This pharmacy treated the customer like nothing the big girl in there she think it’s the doctor and she always why actitud and all responded back to customer I going to change my prescription from this pharmacy, never back here

Horrible lately. Drive-thru closed all the time so God forbid you have small children, a sick child you dont want to drag inside , a sick elderly person or a handicap person. They now have to go inside to pick up medication.
Very inconvenient and they don't give a shit.

This place is horrible you go in line or drive thru u always have to wait or come back NOTHING IS NEVER READY HERE …. Try to come back in 30 minutes still not filled …Multiple times this has happened and the household I’m in is very sick

Unfortunately this CVS has stepped back about 30 years. It's just like going to paper prescriptions. So they don't fill a script unless you ask. Which used to be fine when you were able to request online or by phone. That's not possible anymore because as soon as they get it they change the status to "in progress". This means you can't request for them to do it online. And when you call you have to leave a voicemail. They do not answer calls anymore at all. They say they'll reply in about an hour and it never has been less than 4 hours sometimes 2 days. So the only way to get your prescription is to go in and for them to tell you they're working on it and you can wait a half hour or more. That's just the same process that used to be before they went electronic. They're really understaffed and I feel bad but it's very very hard to get a script especially when sometimes it's not in stock and you're driving back and forth 3 or 4 times cause they can't answer the phone.

Horrible service I came once they said 15-20min. I came back their all on break. Why when you have 11 employees on shift do you need to all take break at the same time is crazy in a pharmacy but I came back an hr after their break and they said they still didn't fill the prescription yet they're not sure how long it will be maybe another 15-20min but she can't know because she won't ask anyone how close they are to getting to my prescription. I think I might start using beacon or Walgreens

Horrible ! Unprofessional With Time And Service, Very Understaffed With No Will Of Hiring More Help And Every Time I’m There It’s Always An Issue With My Disabled Sons Medications. If I Could Give No Stars I 100% Would. OH They Never Pick Up The Phones Unless You Call Multiple Times Or Just Show Up There, Inconsistent Will Call Backs As Well

I had my sons prescription sent to new britain where I live and they didn't have in on stock they transferred it Bristol this is a nightmare there was 3 ppl after me and they got there's before my sons I asked what's the status and she says she is working on it just give her a min I been here for 45 mins already

Unless you stand in line or sit in the drive-thru for a solid 30mins at certain times then you're not going to get your meds. The lines are into the aisles or the road.... If they had more workers or staff in general then people could get what they needed and get out... I feel bad for the workers and hope they can get more help!

Most incompetent and negligent cvs pharmacy I have ever seen in my entire life, it blows my mind how it’s even in business still. If you need medication, DO NOT have it ordered here, I promise you they will always pull some BS every time. Wish I could rate it 0 stars

I absolutely love this CVS Pharmacy . Friendly staff , always clean and stocked . If you need help it’s easy to find someone. Self checkout is amazing! My coupons are always easy to apply especially my extracare bucks! I wish the prices were a little cheaper but they always have deals going on so it helps !
