The Pharmacy staff are ridiculously lazy, I've been shopping their and watched them let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring until the people hang up, fortunately they've solved this problem by having calls forwarded directly to voicemail by default now. that way they don't even have to call you back Yay! I left a voicemail about an important medication at 8am yesterday, have not received a call yet at 5pm the next day. now they're going to be inundated with people having to go into the physical store to renew prescriptions because they can not be bothered to answer the phone. the place is filthy, management of this store is abysmal. unfortunately they're the only location open 24hrs a day otherwise i would gladly take my business elsewhere.

I needed to know where something was in the store, usually found a CVS employee and he directed me to the place I needed to go. The cashier was very friendly. The experience was A+.

Laura from the pharmacy is unprofessional and the pharmacist couldn’t care less. I don’t think the customer is always right but I do believe in accountability. I had a bad reaction to her being really weird and unprofessional and she called me rude. Health and finances are sensitive subjects that deserve respect and should not be taken lightly.

The one on Farmington Ave in Bristol is awful!!! They are So rude. When asked about medication back log I received answers like “ I have no idea’. I’m not talking about about a chocolate bar. I’m talking about medication. It’s kind of important that they have an idea., or look into, but it appears they are too bothered to do that aka their job! And the pharmacist that is there during the week in the mornings ( he has an Indian accent, I believe) is so rude, has absolutely no compassion, is so unprofessional. He is definitely in the wrong business. CVS is just another greedy corporation sadly and I don’t think they care who they hire because the service is just the worst They are constantly giving out wrong information wrong prices it’s reallyawful!!

If I could give one star I would. Worst experience in the pharmacy which I recorded. The 2 pharmacist don’t care about a doctors order and I have recorded the bald gentleman stating “he heard my side, and doesn’t care, doctor or not”. I reported to the state as well also contacted a store manager for the entire store. The pharmacy technicians were as nice as can be I will say.

Nick was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went in to pick up my photo cards (for the second time) and they were printed with faded white lines on the front, yet again. I didn't take them as they are holiday cards and it just looked horrible. His response was that there is nothing he could do. He said it's been happening for a while now with that type of card and any CVS I go to will have the same printing issue. He recommended I try Staples. However, I didn't have time to start a whole new project. I told him this is a printer error and he then disagreed immediately with an attitude and stated all the customers are fine with the lines being on the photos (which was completely irrelevant) That was a lie and his information was wrong. I re-ordered the cards at a different CVS and they came out perfect. Instead of helping me reorder the photo cards at a different location, he had a nasty attitude and tried to rush me out AND recommended a different business. My whole encounter with Nick at the Bristol CVS (839 Farmington Ave) was bizarre and aggravating. He was combative for no reason. I understand it's the holidays and everyone is busy but, making a customer feel like they're a nuisance is unnecessary. He could have simply recommended trying to reorder the cards at a different CVS location near by instead of arguing with an attitude. What a disappointment.

The only way to have a prescription filled in a reasonable amount of time is to call them and say you need it immediately. Well, assuming they actually answer the phone and don't hang up on you. They're regularly out of stock of basic things like antibiotics, but won't let you know that until you've waited six hours. If they weren't the only 24 hour pharmacy for twenty miles, I'd never set foot in that store again.

The urgent care called in several medications to thus CVS six hours ago, and they are still not ready. I have been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes and counting. They never answered the phone, prescriptions take forever to become ready, and the line at the pharmacy is always very long. If this were not the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area, I'd gladly go somewhere else.

I had a phenomenal experience at the Bristol store #288 - last weekend. Stephanie rang me up and provided excellent, above and beyond customer service. She assisted me in setting up the CVS app on my phone and helping me to take advantage of the savings I had available to me, as I forgot to bring my receipt coupons. She was professional, so friendly and she displayed the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Thank you so much Stephanie, keep shining!

This pharmacy is horrid. It's been 6 hours since the urgent care called in medication for my horrible ear infection. The pain I am in is terrible. U can't reach anyone on the phone and "there's nothing I can do" is all I've heard.

Was told than my 3 years old son prescription was out of stock ,after she asked if I was a regular customer and I told her I was not ,my son is suffering from a through infection and he has to wait until Tomorrow morning ,until we get the medicine somewhere else , I am going in the morning to ask if they had on stock , and I will taking further action against this girl .do not recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. Been on hold currently over 10 minutes because they forgot to give a prescription of mine. And now i guess wont answer the phone. Ill update after i head down there
