My entire house came down with the flu but it Hit my fiance the hardest. His meds were sent here from the er so me being the least sick went to.get them. The lady that helped me at the window was extremely impatient and rude. He didn't have insurance and i was using good rx and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her. Then I told her I needed otc meds bc there's a huge poster there that says you can purchase otc products and being disabled I asked for some and I got "we don't do that anymore u have to come inside. I told her I physically can't she asked what I need and I told her the 3 items o needed all listed on the poster. She talks to her coworkers and comes back I'm sry ur going to have to order thru the app. Like tf...I wouldn't recommend this location at all. I will be complaining to cooperate

Slowest pharmacy in America. Even when there's no line I wait at least 5 to 10 minutes until I am waited on. If there's one or fifty workers it would be the same.

I have called 3 times to the pharmacy today... I have been hung up on 3 times without even speaking a word to them. This is such POOR service. I JUST switched to them last week.. what a mistake.

Had a great experience today thanks to CVS staff member Arge. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful helping me resolve an issue with my passport photo that I had been unable to resolve at another local CVS.

I am having many problems getting my prescription medications filled at the pharmacy. Since switching to CVS Pharmacy I am running out of my medications every month due to them not filling them when I need them. There is always a problem or an excuse. Another problem is they never seem to have any of my medications in stock. I am on many breathing medications that I can not go without. I do not understand how a pharmacy never has medications in stock. That is their only job is to have medications. That is what a pharmacy is for. I worked at CVS on Main Street in Bristol as a pharmacy technician and our customers never had these problems. I am quite frustrated with these problems and am ready to find another pharmacy that can actually fill prescriptions.

1st time using this CVS, never had problems at any other locations. We were ignored at the drive-thu window, then when finally approached the woman was rude & wouldn’t help us fix the fact that they had the wrong insurance on file. I don’t recommend this location at all. People shouldn’t be treating like that, especially when they don’t feel good & just want to pick up an antibiotic!!

Always shop here although the drive-thru for picking up prescriptions just sometimes quite long.

Cashier number 1955233 was extremely rude. No attendees in the front of the store. When I asked to be checked out the reply was. Check your self out that’s what the registers are there for. Horrible experience I rather be alone than with this kind of help.

CVS on Middle Street in Bristol is one of the best CVS I've ever been to. The staff and all the employees at work there I just wonderful people. They are helpful Pleasant to be around if you like to joke with you yes I take care of everything you need. If you live in Bristol I would recommend Middle Street CVS over any of the CVS around. I love going in there the way especially the young kids joke around with me and the manager is always Pleasant and helpful. I think it's one of the best crews they ever put together. All I can say is keep up the awesome work that you all do being as friendly As You Are and I thank you for a big experience I have when I go in there because I always feel welcome and I always feel well taking care of.

I been using other CVS pharmacies and never had an issue until this one, they are rude and just always had a attitudes. I made a switch to another pharmacy because of this, best decision ever!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

I called about a missed delivery and the pharmacy tech told me it was the delivery company’s fault and I can pay again and hope to get it. I said I’m not paying twice - not my problem the third party didn’t delivery and to have them deliver since it their fault. She told me she would “prepare the order” and then hung up on me so I guess it would come today? Who knows. Then my credit card on file is charged for delivery AGAIN without my consent. Then I get a text saying my delivery cannot be completed because CVS is using an address I haven’t lived at in 12 years that does not match any address I used in the last 12 years with them or matches the address on the two shipment confirmations I received for this drug order. So try any other method if you want the prescriptions you pay for. Or another pharmacy.

The people who are giving 5 stars here must work for CVS, or know someone who does !! Horrible service in this location. Reminds me of going to the DMV. Like they are doing you a favor for being there in that pharmacy....
