I go to a lot of Cumberland Farms for their coffee and especially their columbian brew, it’s always hot and ready to go when the two kind women are working but lately in the mornings that guy I believe his name is Josh, when he works there then there is nothing done, the coffee pots are all empty and the customer service can be rough. All I’m saying is that if you wanted this place to run better and faster then maybe do a check with the employees from time to time!

Great customer service and had no problem waiting for the register everything was okay. The attendee was nice but it would be good if the store were a bit bigger. It was hard to get around when I was inside the store and there wasn't a place to not have to step up onto parking lot sidewalk.

First pump I went to couldn't use credit card. Tried another pump took a whole minute to get a $1 worth of gas. Bad pump or out of gas don't know but either way go to another gas station.

I am normally a patient guy, but Two days in a row, the two clowns behind the register couldn't get their act together. Today I just walked out, after waiting too long to get any service.

What's the point in having a phone number for the store if no one will answer it.

Filthy! I don't know how they expect people to be enticed to purchase food items when they don't clean up the condiment and coffee stations. If what you can see is gross, imagine the food prep areas you can't see.

I left my wallet here accidentally. Returned a few days later to ask if they had it (took me a few days to backtrack my steps) and was told they threw away all the wallets they had. Maybe they aren't aware that you can literally just drop a wallet in the mail and it will be returned to its owner?!

After coming back from vacation it's good to come home to somewhere that makes me feel good. Love the kiosk to order my food and the coffee is cheaper then d and d plus chillzone. Love them sausage egg and cheese empanada

One of the most inviting Cumberland Farms and or gas stations in parallel corridors of Central/Middle/King St and Queen St., follows a refreshed prototype that mirrors one nearby in US-6 in Farmington and an old, ugly one on Queen Street. Not sure when this one popped up but seems new to the area. Cumberland Farms has made a fantastic effort to escape classic knocks against gas stations and offerings in being bright and clean with prices among the lowest in the area for gas. Don't know why but the usual dread of filling gas isn't felt here. Similar complaints about this one as well as Farmington. The air station is also a parking spot, often filled, so you'll have to wait for the person to move their car. Heavy traffic makes it difficult to get in here points going into Bristol though there's a green arrow at the light. Fresh-brewed coffee is excellent and always $1, any size, staff is always on top of it. Iced Coffee used to be better but staff is instructed to drown it in water more so than Dunkin' Donuts. Avoid the prepared sandwiches, though inviting, bread is often soggy. There's even a patio area here.

Good location, solid coffee and cheap gas. The inside of the location was clean, and just what you need to get in and out. Love Cumbys.
