About 4 years ago we switched to CT Bingo Supply for all our Bingo Needs and it was a great decision. We have purchased equipment, paper, and daubers from them and never had any issues. Occasionally they may be out of something due to supply chain issues, but when that happens (rarely) they always work with us to come up with a solution. Great prices and great customer service. We highly recommended them!

Very upset and I will not be purchasing anything for them had a problem with my order and they were so nasty and rude. I asked questions and they not willing to help at all.

Always get what I order carefully packed. Don't always get my free item, oh well. Shipping does take along time to receive but CT can't control that so I order accordingly.

Dave is awesome. I'm not sure what his position is and it might be customer service since when I called at 8 am on a Friday to report the order I received was incorrect he answered the phone. He was very pleasant and seemed very concerned that the order was not correct. He promised to get the replacement out asap. He said I should get it within 3 business days and when I explained I wanted to give my order as a gift the following Tuesday, he tried to reassure me that i could possibly get it by then. I had ordered 4 items and I thought if I had to, I'd give two of the 4 on Tuesday as a gift and I'd just have to keep the other 2 when they came in. Low and behold, I received a call from Dave at 2:11 pm on Friday, 9/20, telling me I would have the replacement in my hand Monday (not Tuesday). I certainly didn't think it would really happen but it did. I am so happy, he'll never know how he made my week. This is how all business's should operate and this is the type of personnel business's should have. I am going to bingo tonight and have made copies of CT Bingo Supply home page to give out to at least 12 people and let them know that this is the place to get their supplies. Thank you Dave!

My mom has been running trips to Foxwoods going on 34 years now....and she just turned 83. I found your company for her....as she buys dabbers and paper bingo cards. She's ordered 3 times from you....and she loves the service. The product quality is awesome too....if you love or need bingo supplies. She just got her order and would like to thank you for adding the extra pen. My mom is putting it in her wallet to use when she has to write anything down. Thanks so much for the GREAT service.....GOD BLESS!!!!!!!

I placed an order which I was never provided a tracking number for until I never received the items. After inquired I was provided a tracking number saying they were delivered. I never received them. I checked with neighbors and around my house with no sign of the items. Upon asking for the items to be resent or a refund I was told because FedEx said they were delivered they would not provide either. Why would I lie about Bingo Daubers of all things. I would think that customer service would be their main concern for repeat business.
