I brought my car in for an oil change and called about adding tires because I ended up with a flat tire a few days prior. They were unable to give me a quote over the phone despite pulling up my file with my car make and model (they are the only ones who have ever completed work on my car). I was unable to fix my flat when I got it because the tires were locked and I didn’t have the key to unlock them. The service advisor told me when I called about that, “if it was previously a used car that’s probably why you don’t have one” but I purchased the car from Crowley Nissan in 2021 (it was one of their previous loaners). When I brought the car in, I brought wheel locks that were purchased for my car type and they stated they couldn’t put them on because “it might strip the bolts and those are 300$ each”. They told me if I wanted the tires locked I would have to purchase their locks for 85$ (final cost was actually 76$ according to my sheet). I was told I would be called with a quote for tires depending on what was in stock which did not happen. The tires were placed on my car without my approval of the cost. I also do not recall being told when I could pick up my car, although when I called the girl who answered the phone stated that when the service advisor called me about switching my oil filter he told me I could come down in 20 minutes. During that call I asked about a tire quote and he told me that the ones they put on my car were $888 with tax. They were not the same tires that are currently on my car even though the Nissan tire advantage website stated that the Bristol Crowley Nissan had those tires. I also had told them that the spare tire had been driven on for 60+ miles due to me getting the flat in Norwich CT and the same spare was placed back in my trunk rather than ask about me purchasing a new spare tire. I feel that this time I was taken advantage of and someone I know who works on car also agrees. Even though I can get free oil changes for life, I am seriously considering whether or not I would return to this dealership.

It was a longer wait to get an appointment than I expected (almost 2 weeks) and the cost was higher than I had hoped. But I suppose it's like everything else these days. Longer waits and higher costs are becoming the norm. More importantly, I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. And the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I both needed a major car upgrade. We came in during the weekend and found exactly what we were looking for. Javier was amazing and so beyond helpful during the entire process. I would highly recommend if you want a good reliable car from an honest dealership!!

Never had such nice experience in buying a car as at Crowley Nissan. The car was exactly as I wanted and as described at the dealer site. I was very satisfied by the car price, as could not find any match online (for the same year and mileage). The office stuff is very friendly and helpful. The whole buying process took much less time than I had in my previous experience.

What a great place to buy a car! The whole staff was Awesome. I felt so at ease with the car buying. 2023 Nissan Kicks.This Dealership was like family. No pushing to buy.I had a great sales person. Xavier he explained everything in detail.Very easy to communicate . I truly recommend Crowley Nissan. (Bristol Ct).I am so happy that I went there I had two recommendations who told me this place is awesome. My Brother Ric Casella and Jason Rouleau. You will love going there to! I even bought them lunch.So don't hesitate , just go and see for yourself.

Great service- very pleased with outcome. Customer service with Josh at the front desk is always excellent. Part was ordered and put in by one of the techs. Stan the driver is always pleasant and I would recommend Nissan to my friends.

Great dealer, the parts and work is quality. The waiting room is very nice and the team is very professional. They are honest and only do the work that is needed to prolong the life of your car.

Poor experience with service.. dropped truck off 1am Saturday morning; was told would hear back by lunch with diagnostics.. was called at 3pm telling me they don’t do Diagnostics on weekends and I’d have to wait til Monday; didn’t find out issues until Tuesday and even then, no real resolution other than “hope it doesn’t happen again”. Saw two sides of service manager Josh; the apologetic Josh from when I was told incorrect info on Saturday; promising hed ensure a better experience; to the snarky, not my problem bring it somewhere else Josh. Who magically changed back to apologetic Josh when the service director got involved and basically told Josh the problems he told me it was couldn’t be it..Won’t go back, can’t wait for my tundra!

Excellent service center. I brought my car to them for a second opinion and they saved me thousands of dollars working with them than going to the first Nissan dealership. Josh & Melanie were great, give them a raise.

I can't recommend this dealership enough. I was searching for a dealership to purchase my first "brand new" car and was not having much luck with the dealerships in my area. Once I expanded my search, I stumbled upon Crowley Nissan. I drove 52 minutes to get there and I do not regret it one bit. Immediately upon entering the building I was greeted with kindness and assisted. Lawanda Perry is an excellent sales consultant and was very transparent about my possibilities with getting a brand new car. If you are a young adult and naive about car purchases, I highly recommend going to this dealership, especially if you live in or near the state of Connecticut! Here is my Luna ?!

I did not start out with the intention of buying a Nissan but out of curiosity stopped by the dealership to check out some models. Right from the beginning we were approached in a friendly and helpful way by everyone that we encountered. This was my first experience working with a female salesperson (Lawanda Perry) and it was by far the best! Being a woman and not having to deal with the typical male salespeople asking if my husband was going to help decide on the car that I was going to drive was so very refreshing.

Sales and service were excellent. Buying process went smoothly and quickly. For these I would give 5 stars. However, a major issue was the deodorizer used inside the car during the preparation for sale was overpowering strong smelling. It took me 4 days of migraines and watery eyes, driving with all 4 windows down, multiple charcoal air filter devices and running a fan in the car while parked in my garage to finally bring the odor to a tolerable level. This could have been a very serious issue for someone with breathing or allergies/asthma

I originally came in for a versa, but Javier informed me they were in short supply and guided me to a Sentra. I wanted one with the least amount of upgrades possible, and he let me know you would be getting it in a few days. Throughout that process he did mention a couple other offers that you had such as a good interest rate on the Kick. It wasn’t for me, but he was never pushed anything, he simply offered it. There can be a fine line there and he did a great job. He felt more like a car buying guide to me then a salesman which was great. There were numerous delays on the car that I wanted and Javier kept me informed as to the status. He also let me know there were similar cars on the lot I could pick up if I chose, although I didn’t end up doing that. When I was finalizing the paperwork with Harvey, it was a similar experience. He didn’t push any of the warranties on me, but offered them and explained why he thought they might be beneficial. It was a great experience throughout. Thank you Javier and Harvey!

I waited 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. I know they do an inspection, but when I got there they told me it could be an hour…maybe less. Normally I would have them bring me home and pick me up after, which is nice because I work from home. But I was off and thought it would be ok to wait. They do a good job with the maintenance but I’ll use they service to bring me home or get a ride next time.
