All I can say is that this is one of the worst practices I've ever encountered in my life! I am a Health care professional with a little over 18 yrs of experience. Don't waste your time and find a better provider!

Please, to save you time do not go here. Very rude and unprofessional.Hard to get a hold of, in need of documents ect. I switched my primary care doctor due to being uncomfortable and talked down to as a patient.
