“We went to their office and the service desk was very professional and cordial and arranged a date for tech to come out and measure a fogged center fixed picture window in a bay with double hungs on either side.
The techs came out (on time) a week later and verified measurements in 2 minutes, the office called next day and gave us the steps and timeline.

She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions, explaining the differences between the tint percentages, job time, pricing, lifetime warranty, and audio system installation. “If you want your windshield replaced this is the place to go. Joe knows how to do glass and has been doing it a long time. He stands behind his work. I called him a couple of days before Christmas and had my new windshield in on the 28th. You can call all those slick places that you see commercials for all the time but your glass won't be right. “My experience was really good with Safelite. I had Jose as my tech. He came around 8am. Called me and notified me he's on the way. Called me when he was at the job. Met up with him and he was very friendly and professional. Told me what the plan was and how long it'll take. He got it done really quick. Explained to me what I have to do and recommended to add the warranty for the windshield wipers. Highly recommend him”
