They kept springing different additional fees up after I placed a deposit 10/31/22. When I said I dont want it 11/01/22, they made it out to be like I didnt understand (mind you I've been using this facility for years, but they're now under new owner/management) now Im out 30 dollars and have no units with them. Nor did they care to make it right and let me go to a different storage facility. Shows they dont care how they make their money as they just nickled and dimed for for not using their facilities. Good luck...

This place is decent for a storage unit. I have one of the larger units because I have a lot of things. My unit is not temperature controlled but I feel that it should be based on the price of $222 per month.

Horrible experience, FedEx lost the checks, I went down in person and gave new check to which they cashed but neglected to apply credit to our account. Then we received messages we were behind on payments and had late fees but after giving them proof they cashed the check I gave in person they said they would credit and wave all late fees. Then we go to pay online and their system won't let us saying we need to sign lease but we signed a lease months earlier. Then we call and pay over phone and they want to charge us another late fee when their system wouldn't let us pay we have screen shots. Then after we are told everything is fixed months later we are denied access to our unit the very next day we have screen shots. Waiting for them to fix what ever is wrong now. We have paid on time and issues have not been a result of customer mistakes.

Assisted storage renter and seemed to be safe and secure. Security access keypads at gates to get in and out.

Meet Henri today and was delighted on how kind he was and how clean the facility was, I was impressed ! Henri was so helpful and pricing was so fair so we leased a unit .I would recommend them 100 %
