Took my car here to get fixed after an accident. Zane, Dave and the rest of the staff were beyond helpful, professional, and polite. They both handled us, the insurance companies, and the repairs so well! Glad they have a shop in bristol!

My family and I have worked with Skytop Collision Center in Bristol on multiple occasions and they are always friendly, helpful, and very fair priced! Their excellent quality of work just makes it an even easier choice when needing unfortunate repairs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

Haven't gotten my truck worked on YET but i can confidently say that the customer service is beyond terrific. The man at the desk has been helping me so much throughout my insurance claim. If you're looking for a body shop I HIGHLY recommended Skytop. Wont find better prices or better customer service. This will be the only place ill ever refer people to for a body shop!

Did not meet promises or expectations. Charged plenty of money, took nearly a week than the vehicle was initially promised back, without any updates. It was partially already disassembled before they had the parts (there are only a dozen places to get them in this city.) Charged a lot of money, and the check engine light is still on, so it wasn't fixed. Go somewhere else for emissions checks, repairs, or anything else.
