The place is neat, clean and well stocked! The summer fun selection has great stuff for kids at reasonable prices! The furniture selection was good also and prices were well below furniture stores!

BIG LOTS DOES NOT HAVE DELIVERY SERVICE. They hire two random people with a pick up truck. Who are clearly incapable of moving ANYTHING. This is fraudulent and misrepresentation. My couch was not only damaged, half of it was left on my front porch because they couldn't bring it upstairs. Yet big lots has the nerve to tell me that "I" need to handle it with the two random people who messed up my couch. Wth kind of business practice do you have. Garbage.
