“I had a decent sized dent in the side of my car and I just picked it up today. Not only is the dent gone but the car really looks brand new. They also buffed out a scratch and cleaned my headlights without my asking and I’m so appreciative. Like I said my car looks brand new and everyone there is so kind and great. Definitely recommend!”

I was on my way into work, and passed by some roadwork. Shortly after, I heard a terrible grinding/squealing noise - Sounded like metal on metal. I pulled over and someone directed me down the road to P&B Auto, and I am so glad they did.
It took all of 2 minutes for them to identify the problem, and what felt like 5 minutes to solve it. There was a rock stuck in my rotors, causing the ridiculous noise, and could’ve caused more damage had they not fixed it for me!
They were nothing but kind, quick and efficient. I literally cannot thank them enough!”
“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”

“I originally came in for a versa, but my salesman Javier informed me they were in short supply and guided me to a Sentra. I wanted one with the least amount of upgrades possible, and he let me know you would be getting it in a few days. Throughout that process he did mention a couple other offers that they had such as a good interest rate on the Kick. It wasn't for me, but he never pushed anything, he simply offered it. There can be a fine line there and he did a great job. He felt more like a car buying guide to me then a salesman which was great. There were numerous delays on the car that I wanted and Javier kept me informed as to the status. He also let me know there were similar cars on the lot I could pick up if I chose, although I didn't end up doing that. When I was finalizing the paperwork with Harvey, it was a similar experience. He didn't push any of the warranties on me, but offered them and explained why he thought they might be beneficial. It was a great experience throughout. Thank you Javier and Harvey!”
