I have had my renters policy with Progressive and thought I would shop around. Deanna (Dee) has helped me and my Fiancé find a new policy that has the same coverage at a third of the price. She was so responsive and helpful. Her personality is so warm-- she makes you feel like family! Would recommend to anyone.

With kids and our jobs, our family life is very busy. When we have a question on a bill, or want to change a call all we have to do is call the people at the Heinz agency and they are super helpful! I really appreciate being able to talk to a person to take care of my needs. I’d wished I’d switched to this agency long ago!

Phenomenal!! Spoke with Diana (D) she is amazing, fantastic, tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We need more people like her that has the energy to explain the “how” of the policy. Very disappointed. Went in for worker’s compensation and explained how I have no employees and was told I would have an answer in the afternoon. Went back later that day and was told I had to wait 24 hours. Ok no big deal. Next day I called around 11am was told it hasn’t been 24 hours and still waiting. When I did get a call I was told Allstate didn’t offer worker’s compensation to companies with no employees. Complete waste of time and communication was below par. Very disappointed as I was waiting for certificate of insurance. Had I known their policy I would have gone elsewhere. Terrible

Just switched to Allstate Auto and Renters insurance and couldn't be happier with the smooth transition! Kurt Hinds and the team made sure I was completely covered while finding generous savings.
