I have called this detailing shop to have my car picked up, detailed and dropped off three times in the past year since moving to CT. Every single time they take my number down, promise me they value my business and will call me back to schedule a service date. Not even one call back. Enough yeah saying and eventually your business is meaningless. I would’ve gladly plucked down the cash for their service, but it really seems like they didn’t really care about or value me as a customer.I don’t really understand where this seemingly wanton neglect of a willing customer comes from. Nor do I understand why they are so highly rated.

The BEST! I had no other form of transportation so Fran came to my house to pick up my car and drove it to his shop and brought it back to me when he was done. It was so easy and convenient and I am so grateful he did that for me. Also the work he did was absolutely amazing. My SUV looks brand new! Definitely recommending Absolute Shine to everyone I know! Thank you for all you guys do.

Fran does exceptional work. He's friendly, fairly priced, and has an accommodating schedule. Since November, we've had 3 cars done with him. We plan to take our cars here regularly.

Fran completely detailed a 2011 Toyota Corolla that had never been cleaned. He got rid of excessive stains in the upholstery, years of crud, and made the car immaculate inside and out! Top notch service! He is busy for a reason--he does quality work at a reasonable price!

These guys are the worst I’ve seen them use dirty rags , cheap supply’s , dirt cheap stuff you can get yourself at autozone , or the detail department in Walmart , they do a lil quick cheap rubbing wax and think that’s detailing .. night as well clean your car yourself and save the money . Fran and his team are amazing!! I’ve owned my car for 4+ years and between all life things have never kept up with the cleaning I should have, especially with a very shedding dog. So, finding this local spot with good reviews and from word of mouth, I had high expectations but they surpassed them! It’s beautiful! I mean my inside of my car looks brand new, I mean smells brand new, looks brand new and I am just again, shocked! Thank you SO much. I brought Fran a tough job- a black SUV with etched in water spots- and he knocked it out of the park! I am a very particular person with high expectations and I did not walk away unimpressed with his attention to detail and great customer service. My car literally looks brand new. Honestly, my car was a mess. Absolute Shine did an outstanding job detailing a very used, but loved 2010 Chevy Cobalt. The upholstery, carpet and every nook and cranny is clean and smells wonderful. I recommend Absolute Shine in Bristol, CT and will definitely go back.
