I just phoned to ask a simple question -- how do I get mail delivery to my deceased brother's house stopped. I patiently endured 4 minutes of recorded prompts and when the voice finally asked if I wanted to speak to a representative, I pressed the appropriate number only to be told that my wait would be between 45 and 59 minutes! Final instruction was for me to stay on the line and take their survey after speaking with the usps rep. Yeh, like I'm about to wait an hour for the rep!
