We have been trying since January 7, when we faxed the first prescription to them for a foot brace, to get the brace for my husband. We had to fax it again in February and wait till March for an appointment. When I took him for the appointment ( he is wheelchair bound) they said they had no record of the appointment. I struggled to get him into the store because the end of the ramp is crumbled and it's very steep. I demanded to talk to the supervisor by phone at the Stratford store, she instructed the employee to see him and make the mold for the foot brace. It's not like they were busy, the waiting room was empty. He wanted to be fitted for shoes but there were none to try on. They ordered them and when they arrived they didn't fit. We have been calling for months, they never call back, the calls go to voicemail. I finally called the supervisor, brace is backlogged, since March. I don't recommend them, they are low energy and disinterested in helping people, I'm told the orthopedic doctors group not to send patients to them anymore. Six months for a foot brace, ridiculous.
