XPO in the Bridgeport area always fails to disappoint! They are the appliance delivery company for the 2 big box stores in the area, and they are just terrible. This is the 2nd time that they failed to deliver a refrigerator order to our tenants (2 different orders, 2 different tenants..both in Bridgeport). Each time we were promised 3 times that they would come, no show...no call...leaving us angry tenants who waited around for them all day.
We are now only buying appliances from companies that do not use XPO.

The drivers are very good people.. THE WEBSITE IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE, IT DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS, YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE ADDRESSES, YOU LOSE HOME SESSION... IT IS THE WORST SERVICE WEBSITE WE HAVE,,.,. AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY PHONES!!

I'm an employee of XPO, I'm what they call a dsr, a driver sales representative. I don't know what the sales representative part is but hey, I'll go with it. The people here are great, the drivers, management, dock workers, are good people. The equipment is not so great, they haven't updated their tractors on a regular basis so they're paying the price for that now, but to me the most important part of the equation is the people, and that's no issue here. You can always go buy new equipment and hopefully that's the plan but I would recommend XPO to anybody with a CDL class A looking for a job. Oh, and the pay is good too, that helps a lot!

Bridgeport Ct.Had to contact them through company I ordered products from . They sat only my order without properly contacting me . Man on phone would not listen to me , lied about when they received items , tried to blame my phone service , and accused me of being belligerent when in fact he was being that way to me . Witnesses who herd me on phone asked what happened with call , saying I sounded very responsible on my end of call . Still waiting on delivery .

suppose to receive an order 10/11/18 it is now 10/17/18 and still nothing, have to be the worst trucking company around, lady on the phone couldn't care less about the late delivery.
