Well i was very impressed with Andrew and Jesse with hepling with my phone. It was around 630 pm and the guys where very helpful with fixing my phone and even stayed late to help fix my phone problems way past closing time about a hour after closing. They are the best. Thanks alot guys. You where great.

This people are just so wrong, they supposedly messed up in the process of fixing a screen so they give my brother another phone come and find out it got reported stolen so the phone got completely blocked and he didn't wanted to help they giving people stolen phones and laught when u confronted them. We already contact 3 top cellphones representatives and they have given us a couple of leads on how to handle this, please guys don't get robbed, we already have 5 people united together to fight for all of us. We will be giving updates.what they are doing is fraud.

I went here three times to fix my battery. I got three different reasonings in why my battery was not working. I went to fix the phone in Boston Avenue in Stratford and he tells me that I have a battery plate that is missing. Now I’m not gonna blame wizard for losing my battery plate, but what I am going to say is for those who wanna work on phones you need to be a little more knowledgeable and what you’re looking at. If they would’ve told me my plate was missing prior to the three times me going over there we. Wouldn’t have a bad review but now im going to leave one. Obviously, I believe you and your team needs more training or look up more YouTube videos in how to fix an iPhone

This is the absolute worst place. DO NOT GO HERE. The men that work here are scammers, they are rude and nasty. They take advantage of you and provide no help. They sold my father in law a phone which they said would be activated within 10 min of him leaving the store. It's been a week and the phone is still not activated. We have called he store multiple times and they just say they cannot provide any help and will not accept ang return or refund. I have also been on the phone with carrier and they have no record of them trying to activate the phone: now my senior father is out of $140. Awful people!!!

I think many negative reviews this place has are very misleading or many customers pay for a service and want additional services at no charge. wishing Orlando and the team continued success.
