Worst pharmacy people who work here treat me like trash in multiple occasions tha last time was11/21/2022 a prescription supposly send by the doctor on friday 11/18/2022 was no recieve at the pharmacy after waiting 35 minutes in line I ask for the prescription and she making a mocking face laughing said we dont have anything ask your doctor and continue to make mocking faces to ask my doctor

I am appalled at the behavior of one of the girls in the Pharmacy section. On 02/04/2022 I went to pick up my medicine, arrived around 10:59am got to her window, she looked me up. She tells me the price, I'm like I don't pay for medicine it's through the health Center. Was told to call back Dr. So it can be coded correctly. Sat down made my call and waited. About 10 minutes later I asked her if she received the new prescription, she goes it's being rejected Dr not recognized.Around 11:15am I called the Dr back again and they said they will have another Doctor do it. I Sat there until around 11:45am did not bother her. Finally I got up after half hour of waiting, walked up to her window and said, can you please check for new RX just in case I needed to call them.This individual starting talking in a loud tone till it became shouting, she goes can you have a seat, she needs to take the next person on line and she needs to bring her line down, mind u she's talking with her hands and waving it in frustration am like I been in the store since 10:59am it's 11:45am. As much pain I was in and needed my antibiotics I didn't stoop to her level.. She kept repeating herself, can you move from infront my window, then she finally swung her hand to one of the other girls doing the drive up and says she'll help you all loud and unprofessional. I'm in healthcare and never in my life would I talk to my patients like. CUSTOMER SERVICE plays a key role when dealing with the public and all walks of life. WALGREENS need to evaluate the people they hire, replace them or re-train. This type of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. !!!

Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and got the window shut in my face. Tried to go through the front entrance and was kicked out and told that they were closing at 4 PM that day and wouldn't open until next week, but refused to answer why. My prescription is already paid for and sitting at the pharmacy, but I guess there's no one there to put through a transfer or cancellation. The pharmacy has always had a couple people at any given time with masks on their chins (at a place where they have COVID tests/vaccines/medicines, like, come on medical professionals), so I'm not surprised that the whole store is probably sick now. But they really don't have anyone on-call that can even remotely handle cancelling and transferring prescriptions or something? Even crappy clothing stores at the mall have a Plan B for this kind of thing by now. People shouldn't suddenly be without their prescriptions for several days at best.

I've been calling the pharmacy for three days straight to refill my prescription on medicine that my life depends on but I keep being put on hold.no matter the time of day.This is unacceptable.
