Car wash is good oil change no way!!!! You are away from the car and you can't see what is being checked. Just went to Vavoline for an oil change 3 months after VIP and under milage max. Valvolone they showed me my oil and filter. Both were filthy, and there was silicone on my oil plug. Beware
Also, I politely tried to speak to the manager at VIP to ask if someone could please water the beautiful plants that are bone dry and left to die. My request was ignored.
Please, someone water the poor plants

THEY ARE THIEFS!
If I could give them zero stars that's what I would. My husband was in that place last Saturday the 18th of this month at 08:30am changing the oil in my car, the person who took care of him was a Puerto Rican (I say that because of the accent, because he didn't even give his name) since my husband arrived He said he only wanted the oil change, the man offered him an oil kit, my husband said no, because the shameless guy charged him for it and didn't even give it to him, and my stupid husband didn't even check the receipt, well. It turns out that on Wednesday of this week he changed the oil in his car again, the guy who took care of him this time was very good but when they told him the amount and he noticed the difference from when he changed the oil in my car, he came home He checked the receipt and it turns out that they had overcharged him by $60 dollars! They will never be seen with my car doing anything there again, much less that of my family and friends because I am going to tell everyone what happened!
I suggest everyone who goes there check their receipts carefully before leaving there!

Seriously, what bad service, they charged me $150 to do a complete service on the car and that included washing the seats, I see the back seats and what a disappointment. I will never return. And I don't recommend it

I don't recommend this car wash where I always washed my car and was never happy because they don't clean anything properly, but I kept going because it was a hassle.
But today, 05/04/24, not only did they not clean well, but they also scratched my car!! And the manager said he didn't go there to see and that he wasn't going to fix it, since there they could perfectly polish it up at least to try to fix what they did! I'm sure that scratch was there! Because I take very good care of my car, which is new and has only been used for 3 months.
So for all these reasons I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HALF BOCA WASH!! ????

This place has gone downhill drastically. I haven't been to this location in 5 years, according to Google. P1ss poor work, and they have the nerve to catch an attitude when they're clearly in the wrong. Leaving Suds and wet spots everywhere. I have two SUVs and they never vacuum the trunk. I went back there 15 minutes ago to get an oil change and the wash only because it's closer to my house. Needless to say, I instantly regretted it and drove away. Not one person had enough sense to come speak to me about what type of service I wanted. The customer service absolutely sucks here, and I'm more mad at myself for attempting to give this place another chance. The Stratford location is so much better. I literally go past this location all the way to another town to get service.

In this place they damaged my car when they did the oil change. I called to speak with the manager who responded rudely to the point of insulting me and told me in the end he hung up the phone on me and said he would not help solve the problem they had. caused, please be careful with your cars today it was us but tomorrow it could be you. They are 0 responsible and unprofessional.
