VIP Wash & Lube provides automatic car wash and oil change services, along with interior shampooing for seats. The car wash is quick and easy, great for getting dirt and salt off after snowfall. Services are professionally done and cars look amazing after the wash. The waiting area and bathrooms are spotless, and there is a nice viewing area with grab-and-go items. Prices are average, though communication issues have been noted. The location can be quite busy depending on the day and time.
They were super busy. I was not as impressed as usual. I guess it is better to be there when not as busy.

Sitting there waiting for the car to get serviced, No one told me it was done. The guy had to come back and tell me that the car was done, went to pay for it, the cashier doesn't give me the keys, The car is in the corner which it has to be moved. I couldn't get out. No one speaked English. They need to get better.
