I arrived at 11:45 to find a poorly written notice on the door telling customers that the post office was closed for a “recess” until 12;08. The posted hours are 8:30 until 5:30, period. No mention of a recess or lunch hour. When finally reopened there was a long line and slow service with one overworked clerk. Is this the United Ststes or a third-world country. Is DeJoy still postmaster general. Must be.

Kathy is one of the most compassionate, welcoming, and professional post office workers I’ve ever met. She is prompt, efficient, and helpful.

Im not one to review anything but this post office is hands down the worst. Place is closed every time i try to go in, no matter what time it is. Whoever is working in there has a good scam going.

Sorry to those who have had a bad experience here, but I just had the most efficient package drop off of my LIFE. First of all, the self service station does actually save time - at the very least it opens up space in the queue for people with more complicated orders to get help from staff. Second, the staff member I worked with (can't quite remember his name, but he was working today at 4) was PHENOMENAL. I have never in my life seen someone process packages so fast - it's like the guy got a degree in it. Overall really enjoyed my experience here, and kudos to that employee I met. I'd happily pay more in taxes to give him a raise. (you don't have to share this opinion though ;) )

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. Typically, when I visit, I do not seal the boxes myself, as there is usually adhesive tape available for customers. However, on my recent visit, I was astonished to find that there was no adhesive tape in stock. To my surprise, I was informed that I would be charged approximately R$ 1.80 for a single tape to seal a box. Needing the tape, I reluctantly agreed to purchase it. It’s worth noting that I found this pricing to be quite unreasonable.Subsequently, I decided to explore other options and went to a nearby USPS store. To my relief, they had several tapes readily available for customers to use, free of charge. This stark contrast made me realize that it is only at your store where customers are not provided with tape and are instead compelled to purchase it on the spot. This lack of consideration for customers is disheartening. Charging customers for a basic necessity like tape, especially when other establishments provide it for free, reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe such practices are causing you to lose customers over a negligible amount of money, approximately R$ 0.10 for tape.In light of this experience, I chose to send my correspondence from another location that prioritizes customer convenience. Unfortunately, this means your store missed out on handling my shipment, impacting your business negatively.I urge you to reconsider this practice and provide essential items like tape for your customers without an additional charge. It’s disheartening to see customer relations compromised over minor cost-cutting measures.

Got here at 2pm, took my 1 year old out of the car seat, strapped her into a stroller, got my bag and tape together to go inside and get a package returned and a woman tapped a sign to the door “closed for lunch” Absolutely ridiculous. No telling what time they’ll be back. Horrible experience…especially as a mother who doesn’t always have time or a cooperative baby to get these types of things done with.

Unpredictable hours. Older Woman locks the front door at random. Stopped by around 2pm for drop off. Door was locked. The lady shoed us away. She and another customer laughed as customers lined up outside for assistance. She never unlocked the door. Just watched us. No customer service at all.

This place needs to be firing these employees or get better ones that know where exactly does the mail goes ! i had my mail delivered in a different location 2 times and when the delivery driver marked it as delivered i was like are you kidding me thankfully the person that got my mail brought it to my mail box but this is ridiculous & it’s frustrating !!!! They continue to misplace important packages

Disregard the hours online bc they’re always closed. They close for 2 hours around lunch and then for another 2 hours in the afternoon. Maybe I should apply bc seems like a pretty relaxing work schedule

Why are you closed right now with a sign saying you will reopen in two hours? It's the middle of the day, people should be able to come and do whatever they need to until 5pm, when you're open until. It's 2:30pm, why are the doors closed until 3:51?
