They have really upgraded this place. They have a nice selection. Sweaters , blankets, cups and ties. Pretty much what ever you need that says UB on it.

I have no association with UB whatsoever but that didn't stop me from driving 50 miles to come here for all my purple needs. The store itself is difficult to find if you're not familiar with the layout of the campus but it's worth the trip regardless. The staff are friendly and willing to assist if you ever need help. With this impending takeover by Goodwin University, I pray UB is allowed to keep its identity and colors.

Great bookstore. The staff was so friendly and eager to help but didnt get in my face or intrude on my browsing. I was there for about an hour and bought a book for my son. No pressure and library quiet.

I am 76 years old and a 1967 UB graduate. In all my years I have never had a better retail experience. The Customer Service provided by Mr. Hebert goes far beyond courteous and professional. Do not lose this man, he is one in a million. I am blown away by how well I was treated.

Great experience, amazing customer service and I had a great conversation with the employees. There is a wide variety of books to choose from and it is kept clean.
