Unity has been a Godsend to me & my neighbors!! I have NEVER run out of a prescription or had to wait for any script longer than a day, tops. If I need an emergency medication as long as they receive it during office hours they get it to me that day. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with every person who answers the phone. I HIGHLY recommend Unity Pharmacy!!!

I was waiting all day for my medication they knew I was out of my medication they told me they would put it priority and when I called they said it left to come to find out the delivery driver had gone back and it was now pass 4pm and I haven’t received it I had to have my husband go get my medication I take one of my medication 3 times a day and already missed two doses because the ppl at the pharmacy was being rude and neglectful knowing I needed my medication before I get sick and start shaking from not taking my medication all day I think that was unfair of them if there feet was in my shoes they would feel the same way aggravated and upset.

I switched from CVS to this pharmacy for a more personal and humanized experience and I couldn’t be happier!! They had me fill out some paperwork and they transferred all my prescriptions for me hassle free. Ayman knows me by face and name and you ALWAYS get a real person to talk to when you call. I recently got the flu and was having medication delivered, ( yes free delivery) and Ayman realized they had the wrong address on file. If you’re tired of Walgreens and CVS this is the place! Very satisfied patient!

Recently switched over from Walgreens and it has been the best experience! Short wait times, staff is friendly and quick to answer the phone. They also deliver prescriptions so promptly !

Unity pharmacy has the BEST customer service in the area. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Zara was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all the questions I had. The staff is friendly and very helpful. One employee stands out Zara. Despite a very busy work load she took time out to answer what I am sure were silly questions about my medication. She didn’t rush me and made sure I understood everything before I left all with a smile at the end.

This is the best pharmacy. Always prompt with prescriptions and delivery. Staff is the best. The drivers, Victor, Carlos and Javon, Matthew, are tremendous, great personality and very helpful and very polite. The staff, Louis, Michael and Karen, I can't remember the others names, but very helpful and polite on the phone. And they call to go over your meds and check on you. No other pharmacy does that.I have never had an issue with this pharmacy. If you are tired of headaches and long lines and all that comes with walgreens and cvs, then switch to unity pharmacy. I promise you will be happy you have
