I work in banking and pride myself on providing exceptional service to my clients — and honestly, I didn’t think I’d meet another team that could match (or outdo!) that level of care. But the Stratford Town Fair Tire crew might just give me some competition! ?
It’s no surprise this location has nearly a perfect rating — they’ve earned it. Every visit, even when I came in right before closing, I was greeted with genuine smiles and patience. They didn’t rush; they took care of me. When my new tire wouldn’t be ready until the next day, they even rotated my spare to the rear to make sure my drive from Stratford to Waterbury was safer. That kind of thoughtfulness is what true service is all about.

“I had a nail in my tire. I was traveling an hr back to my home. I stopped here to get air. When I noticed the nail the young man was more than willing to patch despite the cold weather. I wish I could remember his name (should have written the review sooner). He was very efficient and kind. Showed me his work. Great employee.”

“I was mostly satisfied with the service I received. I would probably say it is more like 4.5 stars, but can't give them the full 5. It did take a little longer than quoted which wasn't a huge deal. The only thing that left me unsatisfied was that they left some of the plastic wrap on one of my tires and when I got onto the highway I heard massive thumping. Fortunately I was able to pull over and identify the problem quickly, but it definitely scared me that something more wasn't completed correctly.”
