I don't usually do reviews but this time I have to. Im really disappointed of this place. Customer service was good, but they charged me $145 to "fix" the phone, "New screen and new parts" they just opened the phone cleaned it and put the same screen back. $145. They're stealing people's money. First and last.?????

I had a broken IPhone 7 Plus screen….had it replaced a year ago here….replaced it again today five dollars less then a year ago and did it in less time then promisedI keep going back because at no point did I feel that profits would ever take priority over integrity and doing the right thing.

I have been going to powerhouse and then phone depot same owner for over 15 yrs and I have gotten all my phones from here and they are very professional and very helpful and very kind and All the employees are nice. Pat the owner is very caring and love all his customers and make sure we well taken care of. Boston Ave phone depot a great place to do business. I appreciate a professional phone place.

Great place 5 star rating for sure told them what happened with my phone fixed it for a very reasonable price I will definitely recommend this place to anyone for sure and they’re open on Sundays which makes it even better

I went in there with my iPhone because I wasn't getting service like I used to and I was wondering what did I turn off or why my phone wasn't getting service in certain apps and the guy behind the counter said He can plug it in and run a diagnostic on it and I asked how much because I don't have a lot of money and he said no nothing and it only take 10 minutes and he ran it and then he had me pay $45 and basically it didn't do anything anyways it had the same service it had before so I would not recommend bringing Anything to the wizard. I have been told by many people they rip you off they're no good which is probably why they don't have any stars
