I would like to give a special thank you to Ramon for always giving me amazing service. Today they were able to squeeze me in on the last Saturday of the year for a notary I desperately needed minutes before closing. Throughout the last two years I’ve banked with TD this has been my main branch and they’re always amazing!! Thank you Ramon and TD it’s been a great experience always!

I did have issues in the last few months about depositing checks. Drive through was “full” to deposit checks. But, the employees are so friendly and helpful. The security guard is so kind and respectful, I don’t know his name but will ask next time, he is really really kind. As well as all the employees at this facility.

I only had TD Bank for a couple of months. today after I sent myself a big portion of my paycheck from my other bank account TD Bank decided to terminate my bank account for no reason at all. I received no emails or warnings of anything. Now... I got to wait to receive my money through a check and God knows when that's coming, so now I'm possibly gonna be behind on my bills :) thank you TD Bank the most convenient bank ever.

If i can do 0 stars i would. They wouldn’t give me my money, froze my account without letting me know not even a phone call. Imagine if i had no money and had an emergency i went to buy some groceries and the manager almost called the police on my OWN debit card saying i stole it and it was fraud and i had no idea, it was so embarrassing. They really just froze my account for no reason, and now that i went to the bank to give them what they needed they come to say that they will not be doing anything and will be taking out a check that I deposited a few weeks ago that clear the same day with no issues, just because my husband work in roofing, and he always deposit checks there we have joints account so i dont see the issue.I always used to go there but not anymore they should learn how to treat their customers right.The bank teller told me straight up that i could of went to a bank that know me and not here, she was so rude i hope she gets fired, i will find out her name and post another review soon.

Ok lets talk about phenominal CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH Laurie, Christa (hope i spelled it right) Fatima , Kimy all amazing. You can hear the smiles on the phone and see them in person. They are all patient and kind and they go above and beyond from big to small. They call you back they don't leave you on hold to long . They are aware and educated on bank products and services . I could go on and on but I won't just go there . FYI --TD needs this same team for Downtown Bridgeport because that team needs to be retrained on products, service and all around Customer Service..HATS OFF TO THE OLD TOWN ROAD CREW...

New hours don't help people who work a 9-5. I spent my whole hour lunch in line. Most banks are offering appointments but not TD. Obviously dealing with covid isn't easy but at least make exceptions to business owners who cant wait in line for over an hour.

Even in the current climate of the world we live in today they do absolutely everything they can possibly do even though it’s done through the drive-in but they take care of everything and they are fast and very friendly and helpful.
