WENT TO LOOK FOR A PS5 CONTROLLER TODAY FOR MY SON ONCE I WALKED IN JULIE AND THE OTHER WORKER CAME AND GREETED ME AND ASK ME WHAT IM LOOKING FOR.ONCE I TOLD THEM JULIE WALKED ME OVER TO THE PS5 CONTROLLERS AND GAVE ME OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.I WAS IN AND OUT LESS THEN 5 MINS.I RECOMMEND THIS PAWNSHOP.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE........ I found a bike for 100. Seemed to work okay from the short ride I took on it. later I realized ,(after they had slathered wd40 all over the wheel) that there was drag resistance on the back wheel. I came back two days later on saturday for a refund. Closed. Came back Tuesday after the holiday, with my receipt. 'All sales are final.' Said another guy, who was also there when I bought it. Shady scams. Can't recommend.

Just left and was looking for a ps4, and sell some power tools. The guys were very nice and helpful. Got a great deal, I definitely will come back, and highly recommend!!!!!!

I'm in California and I bought an item they posted online thru BUYA but for some reason paypal wasn't going through. So I called the shop directly and they were able to work with me and we cancelled the BUYA transaction. I received my item a week later and it is in great condition as advertised. I would do business again. Thank you to Jasiel and Jose.

Went in there weeks ago and let them know my work truck was robbed. Informed them to look out for my stuff… 2 weeks later went in there, all the stuff stolen stuff was on there. Explained to them I will buy it all back for what they paid for it.THEY DIDNT WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT, they told me that they can’t help me ..so they protected the guy who robbed me.. they had no worry to make this right ..only worried about their bottom line..awful people..they are just as bad as the person who robbed me ..If you don’t mind buying someone else’s stolen stuff this is the place for you. Thieves themselves

I have to admit the workers at Mx Pawn Shop never seem to fail me, They always put a smile on my face and give me top $ on my jewelry, Amazing Customer service and great team everyone that works here is so professional and pleasant.

Can't ask for a better experience when getting rid of the stuff in storage they mean business if it has any value MX will help you not to mention working with you when times are rough no better place in C.T hell on the hole east coast and I've dealt with these businesses from FLORIDA to MAINE no one's better!!!

Worst Pawn Shop In Southern Connecticut. This pawnshop picks and chooses who to do business with based on you phenotype.#1 Dishonest - they denied my attempt to pawn my phone but accept my husband's bringing in the same phone a few day later. They told me they don't take unlocked phones despite selling many in store. Expect to be lied to.
