If you pay for the monthy unlimited hand wash, go to another location. All they offer is ride through machine wash. Zero interior cleaning except free vacuum you can use. The machine didn't even dry my truck and the water spots caused my truck to be dirtier after coming to this Splash for a wash.

I have an unlimited car wash package with West Haven as my home location. I came to this location to find an attendant who barely spoke English. With my "the works" package they hand brush the tires and car first. I heard a lot of clutter of the wood hitting the vehicle, Strike 1. I went through the wash and the machines were so strong and tight down the track that my mirrors came off the hinges, Strike 2. When exiting the wash there were no spots available because people who did not even receive washes were shirtless hanging out in the lot taking up space, Strike 3. Will not come back to this location ever again and I suggest you don't either.

How this location could be even worse than the others in Fairfield County is amazing. I’m an unlimited member, and made the mistake of thinking I would be receiving the same services as other locations.Vacuum? NopeTowel dried, door jams, or windows, etc.? NopeTire dressing? NopeDirty automated brushes that will knock your side view mirrors in? YESI had to waste 20 min in traffic driving to Fairfield, only to leave, because I was told I could no longer drive my car through. Excuse…..some a$$clown in Old Greenwich caused an accident, and ruined it for all of us.Now, you gotta let some sweaty dirty dude sit in your seats. Splash still refuses to put seat or steering wheel covers on when they get in your vehicle.

I wish i could give lest then one star to this business.They insisted me the add a full sentatic oil , when i told no add regular oil. they told me any thing happened to your car we are not responsible and signed me a paper for that. And then purposely took off oil filter gasket and let me go .Its leeking oil and empty the engine it hr , my car engine was above to blowing up
