I won't base T-mobile off of one bad employee. I went to this store to receive some help & better understanding about my plan. I got help from a young lady with blonde hair. The whole time she had a very mellow attitude & was on her phone the whole time, not much of help there. So I ended up calling customer service & had a way better experience.

Today at Tmobile store # 126 I the Trumbull Mall I was attending by Cristian and Blanca. I was very angry and disappointed with them. The discrimination against Spanish people like me and the really bad customer service ? make me feel the racism that Cristian and Blanca had. And they are Spanish speaking too. They lied to the customer trying to selling their products and charging more money ?. It is not fair for everyone. The employee working there agreed to terms and signed things on my behalf without my permission. When I tried to pay for the phone and discontinue the service, T-Mobile would not allow me to unlock the phone.
