“We had to use their services to rent a vehicle in order to make a move and the ease of being able to do everything online was great. My son took care of all the reservations and it was easy to get in and out. They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the unwelcoming attendant who assisted us when we were returning the vehicle. But overall the experience was pretty much easy to get in and out.”

“Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. Main Street Storage is under new management and is a clean and secure facility and has very reasonable prices. There is a manager at the facility that is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish as well. I am very happy with the service.”

“I’ve been coming here for over ten years. I’ve never had a complaint. However, in this last visit, I was impressed by how much better the service has gotten. They seem to have a an intimate knowledge of their system and procedures. They’re very efficient and courteous. I had a pleasant experience. I recommend the Boston Avenue location above any other.
