Not a great agent. They put me with Hanover when I moved and made me change my auto policy to Hanover as well. We had a bad Auto year and now Hanover is non renewing me. When I called the number on my dec page, the people I spoke to (who said they are the agent) treated me very poorly and gave me no options. Very bad experience. I only moved my auto because the Hanover required it.

Friendly stuff. Wide range of companies. They can also speak Spanish. They found a great solution for my insurance and for my family members insurance. They have plenty places to park the car. In my opinion one of the best insurance broker in Bridgeport. Thanks

Worst service received. Called for an insurance quote two weeks ago. Still waiting for Carol to send e-mail with quote. Every time I called she had an excuse why she didn't have time. I called another agency and within 2 hours I had a quote.
