I ordered flowers for my mother's 60th birthday, it was supposed to be very special. I live in a different state than my mother does and I was relying on this shop to make the delivery as guaranteed on their site. On her birthday, no delivery, no call, nothing. I was trying to support a local shop and this is what happens. So disappointing, frustrating and infuriating!RUDY'S FLOWER SHOP RUINED MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY

THE STORE IS NO LONGER LOCATED AT THE MAIN STREET ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING MOVED.I ordered online 2 days in advance, however the shipment wasn't properly processed due to technical issues and I had to call the store to resolve the issue. It took several phone calls to get ahold of someone however.When I did get ahold of someone, the woman I spoke to was extremely apologetic for the issue and wonderfully accommodating when it came to finding a resolution.I get the feeling that COVID really threw a monkey wrench in their operations, what with them being a small local shop and all.Overall, I had a great experience and will use them as my go-to in the future, though I will be sure to make an order much further in advance so as to make things easier for them.To all the staff at Rudy's, keep fighting the good fight. Y'all are AWESOME! Thank you for working with me and y'all stay safe.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. Their customer service is non existent. I ordered a same day delivery on a Monday. On Tuesday, I sent an email to ask if the flowers were delivered, no answer. On Wednesday I sent another email and I called and left a voicemail (no one answers the phone, no matter what time of the day I called). On Thursday morning I left another vmail and sent another email, NO ANSWER. So I called my credit card company to cancel the charge. How are they still in business I have no idea... I wanted to order something local to the delivery address since I do not live in CT, however, I should've gone with a national chain that actually has a customer service when you need it. DONT USE THIS PLACE!

I must say that the customer service is amazing. I really appreciate the phone call confirming my order, just in case I changed my mind for any reason. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and did exactly what I was trying to do.. put a smile on her face and make her feel special and loved.

Liz was so courteous and helpful in creating something special as a gift, but when a hiccup occurred in the delivery, she went the extra mile to make sure everyone was satisfied. She not only creates fresh, beautiful arrangements but is so genuine in providing GREAT customer service! We will definitely use them for all of our floral needs.

The flowers i ordered and paid for a funeral are not the ones that were delivered. I ordered Among the Stars. But a variety of carnations and roses were delivered. I didnt get a phone call stating the ones I ordered were unavailable, no notification at all.. When I called the flower shop, I was asked to call back because the owner wasn't there. This went on for 4 phone calls. I do not recommend this place. It obviously doesnt matter what you order and pay for because they do whatever they want.

The flowers for my daughter’s wedding were SPECTACULAR. We gave Liz very little direction as we planned the entire wedding in quarantine. We told her basic colors and styles and let her do her thing. The result was better than we could have ever dreamed. Thank you, Liz. Xoxo
