I joined the local big box gym as 51-year-old couch potato. It was inexpensive and they had tons of shiny equipment. However, the initial excitement wore off there was no ongoing motivation or excitement despite being surrounded by 100+ staff and members.A year later my life completely changed after walking into Rough House Fitness. The community of coaches and members is 100% welcoming and supportive. Everyone gets along – teens to 60+, men and women, all socio-economic backgrounds. The group is bound by the common goal to have fun being fit.The workouts change daily keeping boredom at bay. Elements include aerobics, calisthenics and weightlifting. Each workout is scalable to any age or fitness level – nobody is too old or out of shape to participate.Seven years later I’m still excited to workout each time. I have so many new friends – people I would not have met otherwise. Most important, I am in better shape now approaching age 60 than I was at 20!Give Rough House a try. You will have a great time while improving you physical fitness. 100%

Joel and his wife have a great gym. The coach are very knowledgeable, and supportive. Very positive environment, they also do great job with sanitizing the equipment. Great for beginners and skilled. Family oriented ?? If they had one more late class add into the day, it would golden.

Joel and the team have completely transformed my life. The community is amazing, the workouts are challenging, and the atmosphere is fun and motivating. I will never go anywhere else.

Rough House is by far the best gym I have belonged to!! I was welcomed with open arms since day one and continue to make such great friends!!! Always a challenging workout… and Joel, Sue and my Rough House family are amazing!!

I just want to take a moment and say how proud I am to be a part of Roughhouse CrossFit. The gym, and its owners, Joel Clark and Sue Clark, are supportive of its members and who they are, flaws and all...no matter what they do, what they believe in, what color/gender/ideals they are/have, both in the gym and outside in life. It's a strong community, led by GOOD people, accepting of everyone, and supportive of their individuality. I've gotten stronger, both mentally and physically, over these last 2 years at RHCF. I proudly support this gym (and small business) and what they have done for my life!

The community and coaches at Rough House are awesome! Large facility as crossfit gyms go and great workouts to get all levels to their fitness goals. It’s also the most affordable Crossfit gym in the area which is a big plus.

The community at Rough House is fantastic. This is a very welcoming space for anyone new or veteran to CrossFit. The workouts are challenging and push you to get stronger. Joel and Su are very helpful and kind owners that work with you to meet your fitness needs.
