Quick & easy. I already had a box and label. Employee just helped me duct tape it close & put the shipping label on. Smooth process, service very nice. Door handle to get inside is a little wonky to turn open, just have to play with it.

I brought a labeled fed ex package here for pick up, they would not scan the label or give me a receipt to prove drop off. This was on Monday, by Wednesday there was no update in online tracking. I went back to the Qwik store, my package was still in the bin by the door, under other packages! I took back my package and brought it to Fairfield FedEx. There I got the package scanned, a receipt and according to tracking, the package had been picked up later that same day.

If you have a prepaid fedex label they still try to charge you $5.00 to ship it. Just terrible.

I love this shipping center! I've only dealt with them over the phone but Fanel helped me fix a serious mix up (completely over the phone). I was worried that I was asking for too much but he was extremely patient and helpful throughout. I honestly can't thank him enough for his help. I'm not often in CT, but I definitely recommend to anyone who has shipping needs in the area.
